Arriving early before check-in, I was immediately taken care of, with the staff ensuring my comfort until my room was ready. Hotel Unique is an amazing newly renovated property that exceeded all expectations. The staff goes above and beyond to welcome and take care of everything from the moment stepped into the hotel with a champagne checkin to the moment of departure. We will not stay anywhere else in São Paulo.
