Is an extremely old property, I woke up sweaty because the air conditioning didn't work, the internet was conspicuous by its absence, there was never any, the area where the hotel was located was not the best, the streets were dirty and there were a lot of brothels around. The breakfast was very good and the staff VERY KIND

Great location, friendly and English speaking front desk staff. Didn’t get to experience room service as first day I’ve stayed there i slept most of the time and second day for some reason they didn’t service the room after i left to explore the city but that’s fine as i really didn’t need the housekeeping. Amenities are dated and definitely require refresh. But I’d definitely stay there again

A nice hotel w/excellent cost-benefit relation and next to Paulista Avenue Beds are quite comfortable and sheets are soft, cozy. Shower is excellent, w/a strong stream of water. Room is clean and has AC. Also, the breakfast is really good, w/a nice variety of breads, cakes and fruits. Can't complain about the employees, they were polite and helpful. Totally recommend it

Terrible and dirty place with bugs. Service is poor and the rooms don’t even have basic amenities. The hotel is not at all maintained. The owner of the property is very rude to the customers when asked for a service and doesn’t care about customers. Worst hotel I stayed so far! Please, avoid at any cost!

Já sou um hóspede habitual do Hotel Moncloa. Minhas estadias sempre foram excelentes, entretanto, dessa vez, preciso fazer uma observação sobre a copeira responsável pelo café da manhã, que não está a altura ao ambiente do hotel. Pessoa mal educada e grosseira. Fica constantemente chamando a atenção dos hóspedes por causa da colher do ovo, exigindo que o mesmo retire-a da travessa e coloque no lugar que ela jusga adequado. Quando contrariada, retira a colher e bate com força na travessa de metal, causando transtorno e interferindo no bem estar das pessoas que estão no espaço do restaurante. A impressão que passa é que ela não quer que ninguém desarrume o buffet. Além disso, faz barulho de propósito e é descuidada com os pratos e outros utensílios. Infelizmente não consegui contato com ninguém da gerencia, para relatar o comportamento dessa funcionária. Espero providencias, ou que seja substituida por alguém realmente apta a função.

Ótima hotel
Ótima localização, quarto bem grande, com varanda e ótima vista dos prédios! Café da manhã simples mas gostoso, funcionários atenciosos, e não tive problemas com barulhos da rua, talvez por ter ficado no último andar, mas fechando a porta da varanda não se escutava nada da rua! Wi-Fi realmente não funcionava direito mas não precisei usar.

Gostei muito do Hotel, o quarto era confortável com banheiro espaçoso é o café da manhã maravilhoso, só pecou no Wi-fi que não pegava no meu andar é as senhas do Wi-Fi me deram 3 possível senhas, mais nenhuma funcionou

Pra mim a estadia ficou nos conformes, fiquei no 6° andar o quarto era de frente pra rua mas não tive problema com barulho, dormi muito bem. E o café da manhã era ok, fiquei satisfeito com o que tinha e me hospedaria novamente no hotel.
