As an English speaking person in a land of Portuguese language, I never know what to expect. There were not only enough staff that spoke English to make my life easy, but even those who didn't had not problem communicating. Everyone was very professional and had a way of making me feel special. Rooms are an adequate size and very well kept. The menu is not very large, but it allows the chef to make everything very well. I would happily book this hotel again.

Will definitely be back
Fantastic customer service. We were arriving early the day of check in, and only needed to have our bags held but they were able to check us in early! On the day of checkout, we had an evening flight, and no itinerary in the city. We requested and we afforded a late checkout, then we left our bags with them, and took advantage of the lovely lounge and dining area to relax and read with a cocktail in hand. Had a little meal too, which was excellent.

This hotel is still being built so expect construction noise Monday to Friday. The pool and spa are not open. The room was a decent size, adequately furnished but dark and dingy. The windows were filthy. Breakfast is OK. When I checked the receptionist euphemistically described it as the “soft opening”! The staff were personable enough.

Stayed a night and it was fine for our needs but would probably be disappointed if I had booked this for a longer stay. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower knobs were falling apart. While the public spaces are nice, the rooms are dated.

Eu sei como que é difícil achar funcionários bons hoje em dia, mas você não pode ter um hotel no Paraíso, no coração de São Paulo, com um atendimento tão ruim. Funcionários mal treinados, totalmente despreparados, mal educados, não fazem a menor ideia do que estão fazendo. Os funcionários do IBIS (menos da metade do preço) que fiquei há uns 2 meses eram muito mais bem treinados. Não tem como um hotel nessa faixa de preço ter um serviço tão ruim, tão vergonhoso. Não tinha UM funcionário que se salvava, um verdadeiro show de horrores. Não recomendo, tem hotel com custo menor e que entrega MUITO MAIS nas redondezas.
