Os atendentes não foram simpáticos, deram pouca atenção; quarto pequeno, pouca ventilação, cama ok; banheiro pequeno, sem janela, toalhas bem puídas, mas o chuveiro é mto bom. O pior de tudo é o barulho, tanto interno quanto externo. Foi uma péssima noite. E outro ponto estranho foi a não emissão da nota fiscal no momento do checkout. Orientaram a solicitar por whatsapp, porém, demoraram 2 dias para responder e ainda não emitiram.

só recomendo para quem precisa acordar muito cedo.
toleravel para hospedagem profissional... muito fraco para hospedagem a lazer. as camareiras ficam fazendo o serviço nos quartos em dupla e ficam conversando em voz muita alta. alias, o isolamento acustico é reprovável. zero de privacidade e tranquilidade. durante o café da manhã, tive que usar uma mesa para 4 lugares pois as de 2 lugares estavam todas sujas. eu estava sozinho. durante o cafe tb, eu estava vendo a tv, e duas funcionarias conversavam tao alto lá dentro que eu tive que sentar bem em frente a tv para poder ouvir a noticia que me interessava.

Minha experiência foi excelente, desde a nossa entrada até a nossa saída. O custo benefício valeu muito, pois além de uma excelente localização para o que fomos fazer, que era consulta médica na BP, o atendimento foi extremamente cordial. Desde a recepção quando chegamos, os funcionários no café da manhã, nos prestadores de serviços que estão fazendo reformas de melhorias na estrutura do hotel e no nosso checkout. Aliás, tive um problema com o meu carro que não quis pegar na nossa saída e os funcionários foram altamente compreensivos e nos deram todo suporte até a chegada do seguro. Sobre o quarto, o tamanho é ótimo, tem cama confortável, boas roupas de cama e de banho, tv pegando bem e boa internet. O café da manhã tem tudo o que é necessário, bem feito e bem servido. Gostamos tanto que voltaremos em outras oportunidades justamente por todo esse conjunto que acabei de relatar. Muito obrigada... hóspede do 305.
