We love staying here. We stay at least once a year. They need to do some remodeling, but doesn’t reduce the value of this place. I wish they would at least upgrade their tv to smart TVs.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The rooms were musty from mold. Bathroom showers were loaded with mold. It was disgusting. Switched to other rooms and they had mold. 4 out of 4 rooms had mold. No discount applied due to inconvenience and mold issues. I have photos but no upload link to share.

É um hotel muito antigo que parou no tempo. Os moveis, carpete, TVs, caideiraa, tudo é antigo. O café da manhã é básico, mas não tem qualidade. Os colaboradores foram todos educados, e a recepcionista me deixou entrar no quarto mais cedo que o horário padrão de check-in. Não ficaria novamente por haver outros hotéis de mesmo preço que são novos e modernos.

Estrutura ruim
Hotel tem bom atendimento mas a estrutura deixa a desejar. Quarto muito antigo, precisa de reforma, o piso em laminado descascando em várias partes, paredes sujas, cabeceira da cama com pintura descascando, banheiro com porta papel e registros do bidê esverdeados parecendo mofo, o porta sabonete dentro do box tbm extremamente velho tbm com aparência de enferrujado, meio esverdeado, parecendo sujo. O rejunte de dentro do box com buracos, deixando uma aparência de sujeira tbm. Além disso, no quarto só tinha disponível 2 copos, 2 pratos e 2 talheres, se usar precisa pedir pra reporem, pq não tem nada pra higienizar. Solicitei 2 taças para tomar um vinho e disseram que estavam todas emprestadas, ou seja, se for uma ocasião especial, terá que beber em um copo de água.

Hotel muito bom!!
Muito agradável. Localização excelente, próximo a mercado, restaurantes, farmácia, táxis, cafés, centro comercial, etc. Quarto limpo e silencioso, bem arejado. Estacionamento sem custo adicional e com manobrista. Café da manhã diversificado e saboroso. Retornei depois de 7 anos e continua ótimo.

O ar condicionado do meu quarto (1006) estava em condições ruins e não funcionou. Ao ligar para a recepção o funcionário foi até ao quarto e verificou que poderia ser falta de gás. Solicitei a troca de quarto, mas não havia disponível devido a lotação. O atendente levou um ventilador , porém não pude utilizar por ser alérgica. |Give que dormir sem ar e com calor. As cortinas precisam ser higienizadas
