Tive que esperar quase uma hora para conseguir entrar no quarto e muitas outras pessoas na mesma situação. Funconários perdidos alegando que houve problema com a saida de hospedes anteriores. No dia seguinte meu filho chegou as 16h e teve que esperar mais de meia hora para conseguir entrar no quarto e outros hospedes na mesma situação. Me parece uma falha recorrente que precisa ser resolvida. Para pegar o carro no check-out mesma coisa....demora exagerada alegando que houve problemas...Me parece que estão economizando na equipe e o hospede paga o preço.

Fiz o pré checkin online, o que não adiantou de nada, cheguei no hotel às 11:30 e só liberaram o quarto às 15:40. No outro dia o meu nome não estava na lista do café da manhã e disseram que eu teria que pagar, porém fiz a reserva com café da manhã incluso e confirmei no checkin.
