We were there for a week. The room is cleaned everyday. Location is great as the mall is just literally a few steps away. The bar at the adjacent (sister) hotel is a good spot to hangout with friends.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. GREAT PLACE & SERVICE.
Originally booked 2 nights but trip ended up taking longer than expected and I didn't think twice about staying & extending my stay at GO IN SANTO ANDRÉ HOTEL for 3 additional nights. I had a great experience from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly, polite & accommodating from beginning to end. Breakfast is not included however you can add it for an extra fee, and it is totally worth it. Food was fresh, and delicious. I stayed on 21° floor and had a great view of the city. They are connected door to door with HILTON HOTEL, perhaps it's same chain. I definitely recommend this place.

Hotel com instalações novas, muito limpo e silencioso. Bom café da manhã. Apenas estranhamos os interruptores mal posicionados em um dos lados da cabeceira queen, fazendo com que as luzes se acendessem ou apagassem quando apoiava-se o travesseiro. Super recomendo o hotel.

O hotel no geral é ótimo mas pode melhorar, deixou a desejar no cafe da manha, poucas opções e os pães estavam duros, parecia adormecido. E o quarto tinha uma acústica horrível, todo o barulho da rua era possivel escutar, estava na decimo andar.

Pior estadia do Brasil
Pior estadia entre centenas de hoteis que já me hospedei, quarto minusculo, frigobar não funciona, cama que fica embaixo de uma janela, pior equipe de atendimento que já me deparei. Resolvi sair do hotel no 1o dia e fiquei no Bristol, um dos melhores hoteis que já estive, caso tenha pensado em ficar na rede atlantica em Santo André, recomendo o Bristol que ao contrário do Ho in tem tudo que uma hospedagem deve ter.
