Newly renovated studio with a privileged location in the República neighborhood, close to renowned bars and restaurants in the city, with a clean and minimalist concept, but fully functional, where the space is optimally integrated, complete with kitchen, study and dining area, balcony, bedroom and bathroom.

The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their documents before arrival. After booking, you must send a photo ID of all guests.

Visitors are not allowed.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may be charged. Do not use the trousseau to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra day will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 09:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Consult before booking.

The building in which it is located was inaugurated a short time ago, being modern and up-to-date, with several different leisure environments, such as its own bar.

In addition to its privileged location, being on Rua Consolação, which is central in terms of access to the rest of the city, close to tourist spaces and subway stations, such as Anhangabaú.
