Good location, overal good amenities. The shelves on the closet were a little dusty. Some equipment at the exercise room was broken, and no water was available. The exercise room was too small and could use more cleaning. I loved the towel warmer! Good view of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful.

O hotel é espetacular, a equipe da recepção espetacular, no entanto a limpeza do quarto deixa desejar, acredito que não fazem limpeza do chão do apto, n sequer passam pano no chão, pois o chão estava bem sujo, e o cheiro do móvel no banheiro, está horrível!!! Do restante café da manhã maravilhoso!!! Atendimento espetacular!!!

Foi decepcionante pelo valor que paguei, o ar não gelava nos primeiros dias até que reclamei e tiverem que fazer manutenção, não trocaram toalhas até que nós pedíssemos e dois dias ficaram ser ir limpar nosso quarto!!! Tudo tinha que ser solicitado, coisas que devem ser naturais!!! A estrutura é boa mas parece que os funcionários ou empresas terceiras que prestam serviços estão acomodadas!!!
