Good location, overal good amenities. The shelves on the closet were a little dusty. Some equipment at the exercise room was broken, and no water was available. The exercise room was too small and could use more cleaning. I loved the towel warmer! Good view of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nosso quarto nao estava arrumado na chegada, a ajudante foi e colocou a roupa de cama e toalhas mas nao deixou toalha de rosto nem de piso. Nao tinham amenidades tipo creme de corpo, touca de banho..Nao tinham copos no quarto. O fato de ter que comprar no terreo águas bebidas e petiscos acaba sendo conveniente para o check-out mas desconfortável para o hispede que tem que programar o que vai consumir ou descer no meio da noite.

Queda de energia e demora para ligar gerador.
Fiquei 2 noites no hotel. A primeira noite foi tudo certo, mas a segunda noite de madrugada caiu a energia do hotel, e foi mais de 2 horas e energia caindo e voltando, e cada vez que voltava ficavam aqueles barulhos de equipamentos ligando. Foi uma noite em que não conseguimos dormir. O gerador do hotel demorou mais de duas horas para ligarem. Estávamos inclusive sem elevador funcionando. Sofá cama que minha filha ficou era horrível, ela tinha que dormir de lado porque fica uma saliência enorme no meio do sofá cama. Estávamos em 3 pessoas, e só tinham pratos e talheres para 2. Travesseiros muito finos. Última noite e manhã seguinte (provavelmente por causa da queda de energia) estávamos sem canais de Tv.

Limpeza do quarto deixando a desejar
O hotel é espetacular, a equipe da recepção espetacular, no entanto a limpeza do quarto deixa desejar, acredito que não fazem limpeza do chão do apto, n sequer passam pano no chão, pois o chão estava bem sujo, e o cheiro do móvel no banheiro, está horrível!!! Do restante café da manhã maravilhoso!!! Atendimento espetacular!!!
