92 m2 in an iconic building in Higienópolis! Built in 1929! Modern apartment with large open and integrated environment but reversible with beautiful partition! Ideal for long stays, as it has everything you need for cooking, a bathtub to relax and a fireplace to heat. It's One per Floor!! Washing & Drying Machine in a gazebo!
There is a Solarium on the roof for sun & relaxation! An Oasis in the center of S.Paulo!
It is close to everything, you can walk to Shopping, Parks, Markets, Pharmacies, Banks, Restaurants & Bars

The apartment is very cozy!!! Complete with appliances & facilities!!! All environments are very bright and ventilated!!!
The sun shines through the windows until the end of the afternoon!!
The Upper Terrace is very pleasant to relax, sunbathe, do gymnastics and in times of Pandemic it was and is vital.,
As the building only has 6 floors, one per floor, there are few residents and they are nice people!!

In addition to the apartment, you can enjoy the Terrace/Solarium on the roof of the building... which is very pleasant, and there is a place to do gymnastics. In times of Pandemic it was and continues to be a Spectacle, for walking,
read, sunbathe, meditate, and so you don't need to go out !!!A timeless place!!!

The bathtub is pure relaxation and the gas fireplace with volcanic stones is very pleasant in winter! After 10 pm it is necessary to remain silent so as not to disturb other residents as the sound echoes!!!
