Pousada Realmente do SONHO
Simplesmente foram dias de muito sossego, excelente infraestrutura, e principalmente de um atendimento de primor. Todos os funcionários são de extrema atenção com os hóspedes, da recepção, passando pela limpeza e restaurante, sem exceção, só tenho a elogiar. Fiquei no Chalé Sereia, e foi experiência maravilhosa, com direito a piscina privativa e beira mar. Super recomendo,

O lugar teria tudo para ser realmente “do Sonho”, porém, está longe disso. Na minha avaliação, falhas na gestão trazem pequenos transtornos que, somados, se tornam “pesadelo”. Wi-Fi sofrível (quando funciona), todas as suítes sem tv a cabo funcionando por falta de pagamento de recarga SKY por simples desinteresse da gestão. Faltaram coisas básicas na chegada (papel higiênico na suíte), o restaurante funciona no improviso, exceto pelo café da manhã. No checkout, não havia ninguém para receber as chaves do quarto.

Hotel é na praia, por si só já é um excelente local, os funcionários são nota 10, fica devendo no quesito banheiro e privada, café da manhã é bem razoável, podemos dizer q o custo benefício é d razoável pra bom

Esperei demais pelas fotos mostradas.
A pousada oferece pouco pelo que cobra. Café da manhã sofrível, talheres mal lavados, no café e jantar também. Depois das 8.30 não há reposição, pedi mais queijo e trouxeram 6 fatias... Funcionários atenciosos, mas em Japaratinga a estrutura era melhor e pagando bem menos.

Excelente estadia
Pousada maravilhosa, muito charmosa e acolhedora. O Paulo e sua mulher são muito simpáticos e fizeram todo o esforço para nos sentirmos acolhidos. O restaurante que tem no hotel tem pratos ótimos. Senti falta de uma coberta um pouco mais grossa, pois fiquei no quarto de 5 pessoas e eu sou a mais friorenta da família. As crianças mais velhas talvez sintam falta de uma piscina, pois na maré baixa não tem água pra eles mergulharem na praia.

Beach dream
This hotel is right on the beach. It’s a beautiful beach to explore at low tide to see the tide pools with zebra fish and crabs and walk down to where the sea meets the river. It’s isolated from the town but has everything you need, including its own restaurant, but it is a bit pricy for dinner, although good food.
