"Smal pittoresque village close to Quintas and other very interesting places to visit. This was not the most beautyfull place but it was very practical and functional. It was living among the local peoples. We really appreciated the morning cafe at the central plaza."

"The property has been in the family for four generations.It felt like we were staying in a part of history and privileged to be able to share their home. "Lovely breathtaking views and nice modern amenities made for a great stay. Responsive and friendly caretaker let us in and replied to questions immediately. Quite secluded and peaceful and about 25 minutes from Regua. Typical country roads to reach it required careful driving. It was a nice base to come home to after a long day of sightseeing, relax and enjoy the evening"

"A spacious and cool villa with a superb outdoor area for everyone and fantastic BBQ setting that we enjoyed a lot. The holiday would have been perfect if not for the HUGELY uncomfortable beds and FREEZING cold pool. Even after communication, and the pool technician, the temperature was ice cold. It’s also on a fairly busy road (with a development happening over the road - lots of noisy machinery and building works) but that would have been easily ignored if the beds and pool had been better....

" We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful, modern property. It was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you could need - including a lovely pool. All correspondence with the owner was fast and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The most special thing, however, was the incredible views. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"This is a great place to stay. Close enough to Lamego for quick visits and far enough away to relax and enjoy the area, view and sound of the river outside your window. Henrique and Francesca were great hosts, living just above us. Their brand new baby boy is a wonderful blessing for them. Unit is close to grocery shopping and all the area in the Northern part of Portugal. Enjoyed very much. "
