everything was above expectations, they even had a place where I could spend time with the kids having fun games. Only thing is the towels were smelling bad, even the fresh ones.

The hotel is really old and smells like mold. The towels and bed linen were see through thin, very old. The sheets were smaller than the bed and of really poor quality. When we arrived there was no towels.

Roupas de cama não estavam limpas. Travesseiros e fronhas com odor desagradável, de outros hóspedes, dava a sensação de não serem trocadas há muitos dias. Encontrei cabelo no travesseiro. Muito desagradável. Toalhas não muito diferentes. Não pareciam terem sido lavadas. Não tinham o cheiro típico de quando sai da lavagem

Sempre que venho a SJC me hospedo neste hotel, mas infelizmente fiquei no quarto 1109 onde o barulho do sistema de ar condicionado muito alto não permite uma noite agradável de descanso, sempre solicito um quarto com pouco barulho, mas não foi desta vez. Room service e café da manhã muito bom, vale a pena. Educação dos recepcionistas e garçons excelente.
