Sempre que venho a SJC me hospedo neste hotel, mas infelizmente fiquei no quarto 1109 onde o barulho do sistema de ar condicionado muito alto não permite uma noite agradável de descanso, sempre solicito um quarto com pouco barulho, mas não foi desta vez. Room service e café da manhã muito bom, vale a pena. Educação dos recepcionistas e garçons excelente.

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos, porem o quarto é bem antigo, parece que estava pintando o teto, e no banheiro a pintura estava descascando junto com as placas do box do banheiro, a cama é antiga porem a cama auxiliar ficava em outro ambiente e para colocar minha filha ficava ruim, tentei um outro quarto portem me disseram que não tinha (mais tarde soube que o hotel não estava cheio). Enfim deixou a desejar… e olha que procurei bastante por um hotel bom!
