"Wonderful "

"Chuveiro não funciona direito, depois de um minuto a água fica fria! Não havia toalhas suficientes e quando pedimos nos deram toalhas rasgadas! O lençol da cama também estava rasgado, o tapete do banheiro estava sujo e não havia toalha de rosto. O quarto também estava sem acabamento em algumas partes e não havia cabides. Não vale a pena o preço, mesmo que mais barato por causa da localização."

"O hotel tem custo benefício regular, pois é bem simples e necessita de melhorias. O ar condicionado dos quartos são antigos e bem barulhentos e o banheiro vazava água para o quarto pois não tem box de proteção."

"Un desastre este hotel. Luego de manejar 15 horas llegamos con la reserva 100% Paga y me dicen que no había ninguna reserva. Media hora despues encuentran la reserva y me dicen que tenia que pagar ahi cuando ya lo habia pagado el 100% por la pagina Hoteles.com, Incluso despues de mostrar el movimiento de la tarjeta de credito insistian en que tenia que pagar. 1 hora de espera en recepcion. Luego la habitacion es chica, con olor a Humedad. Sabanas manchadas. Te pica todo cuando te vas a dormir....

"The hotel and location is very nice as well the staff. Checking went smooth and room availability a few minutes before noon. The room is spacious and cleaned. I believe the hotel needs to improve the bed mattress and provide more than only two pillows. The bed linen was not fresh and looks dirty. Need to provide bed linen that look pleasant. Stayed 1 night and didn’t bother to request more pillows. "

"This hotel is situated in a great place, close to the motorway, town centre and next to a big shopping centre. The building and the furniture it’s a bit old, but everything else make up for it, the service was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. "A localização do flat é boa. Mas a chave/fechadura do apto apresentou problemas em 100% das entradas, tendo que retornar à recepção para que a chave fosse novamente magnetizada. Além disso a limpeza do apto não estava boa, apenas andando entre a sala e o banheiro a sola do pé já ficou escura, inviabilizando que ficasse sem sapatos no imóvel. e o box do banheiro apresentava pastilhas faltando no piso, fazendo com que tivesse que tomar cuidado ao tomar banho para não machucar o pé."
