Nota sobre o Atendimento do Hotel Recentemente, tive uma experiência bastante insatisfatória durante minha estadia no hotel. Alguns pontos críticos precisam ser destacados: 1. Ausência de Telefone nos Quartos: Um básico para a comunicação interna, e sua falta tornou difícil o contato com a recepção e outros serviços. 2. Falta de Respostas no WhatsApp de Contato: Mesmo utilizando o canal de comunicação indicado pelo hotel, as mensagens não foram respondidas, o que gerou muita frustração. 3. Serviço de Quarto Inexistente: Em um hotel, é esperado que o serviço de quarto esteja disponível para atender às necessidades dos hóspedes, o que não ocorreu. 4. Falta de Toalhas no Quarto: No momento do check-in, o quarto estava sem toalhas, um detalhe básico que foi negligenciado. 5. Cartão de Entrada Bloqueado Diariamente: A cada dia, o cartão de acesso ao quarto ficava bloqueado, obrigando-me a ir até a recepção para desbloqueá-lo, o que foi extremamente inconveniente. 6. Café da Manhã de Baixa Qualidade: Todos os dias havia falta de alimentos durante o café da manhã, comprometendo a qualidade da refeição. 7. Localização Desfavorável do Hotel: A localização também foi um ponto negativo, com a área ao redor do hotel sendo pouco atraente e possivelmente insegura. Esses problemas indicam uma necessidade urgente de revisão dos serviços e da gestão do hotel, para que possam atender melhor seus hóspedes no futuro.
