Os canais da tv não funcionavam, conversei na recepção e enviaram um técnico no meu quarto, ele mexeu na configuração para localizar os canais e no final do processo só reconheceu record, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava solta, saia toda hora que a gente puxava, o chuveiro não esquentava, mesmo aguardando bastante tempo ele ligado no quente, no máximo ele ficava morno, eu realmente me decepcionei com o lugar, o atendimento dos funcionários são excelentes, café da manhã muito bom, porém meu quarto ficou muito a desejar, até pq fui com minha filha de 3 anos, tive que deixar ela com o meu celular para se distrair pq a tv não pegava os canais informado no folder
