"The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin."

"O hotel fica na beira da BR e facilita muito o acesso. É bem grande e o quarto que fiquei tbm muito espaçoso (2 adultos, 2 crianças e 2 cachorros). O problema é a comunicação, simplesmente não respondem nenhuma mensagem pelo WhatsApp, só ligando mesmo e os funcionários parecem não ter muita experiência. ..."
