Hotel simples, mas bem honesto! Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Valores do restaurante bem justos pro que oferecem! Teve uma noite de pizza no forno a lenha no bar da praia q foi espetacular. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Agradecimento especial a Andréia, que ficava no restaurante a noite e no bar da praia a tarde - ela é extremamente gentil, simpática e disposta a ajudar. Faz tudo com muito zelo. Fez toda diferença na minha estadia. O atendimento dela foi uma das coisas que mais me agradou nos dias que fiquei. Voltaria a hospedar com certeza.

Foi bom momento, Obs : os cachorros soltos não foi bom paras as crianças, segunda feita o café na foi muito ruim mesmo . Acho que porque só tinha minha família . Mais eram 04 quartos 8 adultos e 6 crianças . Minha observação é que a segunda-feira realmente o padrão caiu em 70% no café da manhã

Limpeza e estrutura dos apartamentos nota 10. Atendimento excelente. Podiam ter mais opções no menu do restaurante, apesar de terem feito o que pedimos mesmo não constando no cardápio quando possível. Faltava muitos itens, como água de coco por exemplo. Podiam melhorar a parte da piscina, as espreguiçadeiras não tem colchonete e praticamente não existe lugar na sombra.

Quando resolvi reservar, vi que a classificação aqui estava muito baixa, mas resolvi arriscar. E é exatamente o que tá descrito aqui, a estrutura do hotel é perfeita, frente mar, quartos ok, porém o serviço de restaurante é péssimo, não tem disponível nem as opções do cardápio, coisas simples como um purê de batata. O café da manhã também foi decepcionante, pouquíssimas opções, nem parecia café da manhã de hotel, para o valor que cobram então.. no último dia, que era uma segunda feira, como tinha basicamente meu quarto e outro, a opção do café era: pão carioca, queijo, presunto, tapioca e ovo. Até comentei na saída, se o hotel não tomar nenhuma providência, vai infelizmente falir, porque falta um cuidado básico com o cliente. Eu, infelizmente, não indicaria. São problemas que as pessoas já reclamam há um bom tempo e a administração não fez o mínimo para resolver.

Pessimo gerente. O local é lindo, o local é lindo, mas a administravao nao tem nenhum preparo e respeito pelos hospedes. Na arra da piscina, as 16h, mandam voce desligar som (que nao estava alto). Varios hospedes de testemunha. O gerente ja chega com um seguranca pra inibir e ameacando chamar a policia. Como eu estava no meu direito, o confrontei. Enfim, enquanto for administrado pelo atual gerente, nao recomendo. Ou entao deveriam informar que nao é permitido nenhum tipo de barulho, pq durante a noite, somente conversando, o mesmo gerente foi ate a nossa varanda, mandar calar a boca (detalhe, nao tinha nenhum hospede alem de mim).
