"I spent nearly a month in February at The Cozy Haven and JoJo and the team were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and the room was excellent (I stayed in the Junior Suite). The property is only a few years old, lovely interior and great space. Internet was fast. Cleaning and maintenance was excellent. It is walking distance to the main Street of Sanur close to plenty of shopping and restaurants and only 29mins to the beach. Only negative is if...

"For me, the hotel was too far away from anything. It is close to a busy road which made walking around difficult. I am a fast walker and it would have been a good 20 minutes from the beach. The hotel itself was OK but for me, it was not in the best location."

"This is our 2nd time here. The location is so convenient to Main Street in Sanur. Plenty of eating options. The resort is absolutely beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing. Staff is top notch. Just like family. We would stay again when we come back. "
