We are coming back again
We really liked the hotel. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. We just think the restaurant could have more breakfast options and the acoustic of the room is average. We could hear noises from people on the outside.

Whenever we have work events in santos we love to stay at this hotel because it’s so close to the beach however, in the 3 times we stayed here, if we stay longer than 1 night, the wifi doesn’t work for the rest of our trip. The TVs are connected to the wifi so you can’t watch anything or use the wifi on your personal devices. Definitely not ideal for work trips

Excelente estadia no Helbor Stay. Quarto muito confortável, vista mar boa, embora haja um recuo em relação à avenida da praia. Café da manhã farto. Só sentimos falta de opções de pão integral e açucar mascavo. Equipe do hotel muito profissional. Tivemos problemas com o estacionamento pago, devido a tentativas de cobranças indevidas.

Frequento desde a inauguração este hotel que passou a da rede Radisson para Room Helbor apart hotel, localização excelente, limpeza, cama, chuveiro, ar-condicionado tudo muito bom, frigobar péssimo, não gela, banheiro com pia entupida, maçaneta do lavatório quebrada, piscina mau cuidada com chuveiro quebrado, notei que não está tendo manutenção adequada e piorando um local que era maravilhoso, é um a pena.

Réveillon maravilhoso no Roomo. Ano que vem volta
Dias antes da nossa estadia e durante o hotel enfrentou problemas com telefonia, tanto externa quanto interna. Isso causou problemas, inclusive com tentativa de golpe. Isso deixou-nos bem preocupados, porem foram resolvidos.

Temos nos hospedado no Roomo todas as vezes que vamos à Santos. Antes era da rede Radisson mas não houve nenhuma perda de qualidade com a mudança. Parabéns! Quem for se hospedar precisa se guiar pelo Waze porque o nome do hotel na frente é outro porque pela legislação precisaram deixar o nome do prédio na placa. É bem confuso. Se der para arrumar isso vai ajudar muito os turistas.
