Excellent stay! The hotel is located in a very safe and convenient area, perfect for exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

Good hotel
Modern hotel in the middle of everything. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Easy to find and access by car. Super friendly staff. Sophia in the breakfast restaurant is a beauty. The curly girl in the reception helped us a lot with recommendations and taxi bookings. The room is spacious with all the basics. Good aircon, possible to open windows. Water pressure and hot water good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fitness area is decent for a hotel. Rooftop bar and pool available on 32nd floor. Overall a good stay and I would stay again if ever flying back to Santos.

Great stay in Santos
The room was nice and clean. We stayed in the 18th floor and could see the ocean from it (even thou the building is a few blocks from the beach). My son slept in a side sofá, which was ok. Breakfast is a little extra but it was worthy and it is cheaper if you buy in advance. All staff was helpful and well-trained. Location is also nice, close to a mall and to Santos’ gastronomic street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores. Overall we had a good stay and would come back.

There isn't air conditioner inside the elevators and halls. The pool is very small, with only 3 recliner chairs, breakfast with limited options, same food every day, pool bar Very expensive!!!

Cortinas e abajures mofados . Espirrei muito pois , sou alérgica . Os abajures não funcionam . Não tive coragem para sentar no sofá e poltrona tinham cheiro ruim A toalha de banho super áspera . Precisam trocar pois , já estão bem usadas . Eu esperava um conforto que não tem . Fiquei em um quarto com vista mar , a janela está tão suja por fora q a vista ficou comprometida .

O hotel já foi melhor. A manutenção anda muito precária. A iluminação no quarto é muito escura. As luzes uma hora funcionava e tinha horas que não no espelho do banheiro. E tambem no quarto a luminária não acendia. No armário só tinha um cabide.. Como um hotel pode ter um cabide se tem duas pessoas? As pessoas que limpam o hotel tem que prestar atenção nesses pontos. E nem tinha touca para banho ainda. Eu não falei nada na recepção pq era só uma noite e tbm nao ia me estressar a toa. So queria entender o pq o corredor onde vai para os quartos nao tem ar condicionado? e os elevadores tbm estavam sem ar condicionado. Eu achei um absurdo pq fica tao abafado. Uma cidade como Santos é muito abafado para não ter ar condicionado nos corredores e nos elevadores.

Hotel muito ruim roupa de cama e de banho encardida muito velha a cor não e nem branca mais e muito encardida da até nojo. Quarto ruim peguei um quarto com sofá para as crianças tive que pedir 3 vezes para arrumar vieram lá e jogaram um lençol e uma colcha encardida também. As toalhas de banho são ruins muito ruins e estilo sujas.
