Apartamento moderno y de reciente construcción, situado en el centro de Santoña a 100 metros de su famoso Pasaje (Paseo Marítimo) Playa de San Martin. Su capacidad es de 4 personas pues cuenta con un dormitorio de dos camas individuales, otro con 1 literas, aunque una quinta plaza puede alojarse en un colchón extra proporcionado.
La cocina es independiente y cuenta con todo tipo de menaje, enseres, electrodomésticos, etc.

Un precioso y acogedor salón con tv plana, 2 baños completos (uno de ellos con bañera y otro con ducha) y una terraza complementan su distribución.
Además la vivienda dispone de plaza de garaje (incluida en el precio) y ascensor y se entrega con ropa de cama y toallas.

Santoña es merecidamente famosa por su puerto pesquero, sus anchoas, su paisaje, su gente acogedora, sus zonas de bares y tapeo, etc. y ofrece al visitante servicios de todo tipo. Hay un paseo en barco hasta Laredo muy agradable, que los turistas y lugareños utilizan a diario para disfrutar de la famosa playa de la Salvé y el paseo marítimo y el Fuerte de San Martin,, muy cerca de donde se encuentra ubicado el apartamento son visita obligada. Los sábados un gran mercadillo atrae gente de todos los pueblos del alrededor. Y a tan sólo 2 km. la famosa playa de Berria pone la guinda a unas vacaciones aseguradas de sol, playa y cultura. Santander se encuentra a tan sólo 35 km. y El Parque de Cabárceno a 30 minutos en coche

Bel appartement dans un port de pêche, appartement près du port et du centre ville. Pas d'essoreuse à salade, de bouilloire. Il manque une lampe de chevet dans la chambre aux lits superposés. La cabine de douche est très petite réservée aux enfants ou personnes minces. Sinon très bon séjour
