"One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The journey to Rocote itself was lovely, with some great terrain and scenery. The property was so peaceful with a beautiful pool and bar area. "Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa"

There is plenty of room (for 4) throughout the apartment, with the opportunity to eat in, at the dining table, or alfresco, on the terrace next to the communal pool area. Large outside area was very private and secure. Alain was very helpful and always on hand if needed. Would have no hesitation in staying here again."

"Great location, lovely outside space and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were shabby and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV channels were all German which is fine as didn't use it. Bathrooms were lovely but the house smelt of smoke as the cleaner smoked in there before arrived. Some of the shutters didn't work and some of the locks didn't work on the windows. Loved El Raso, great location and beautiful pool area but we would not stay again. We had to pay 180 euros for crap linen...

"The home was well equipped ,clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. There was six adults and one child in our group and there was plenty of space for us all to be together or to have separate quiet times. With the temperature being 30 degrees plus all week we were a little worried about being too warm but thankfully the air conditioning and fans kept the house very cool. There was a walk to the local shops and restaurants but nothing to strenuous. Overall we had a very nice stay...

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...
