"Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it! "

"This well stocked small villa provided a great base for Cala Capitan beach, coastal walks or the main “strip” for the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the strip. The short walk to the beach does require you to walk along a trail that a previous review found difficult - it is a bit like a cart track at certain points, so you do need to be steady on your feet - we carried the beach chair included in the Villa without any issues. "Very nice house with everything we needed. Enough bedlinnen, towels etc. The wasmachine broke down and Gitte, who is a great lovely host, arranged immediately a new one. Orihuela is great, shopping, bars and a beach especially for dogs. The only thing that we would have like to know is that (in winter) there is no sun in the treaded of the house."

"Great location, lovely outside space and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were shabby and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV channels were all German which is fine as didn't use it. Bathrooms were lovely but the house smelt of smoke as the cleaner smoked in there before arrived. Some of the shutters didn't work and some of the locks didn't work on the windows. Loved El Raso, great location and beautiful pool area but we would not stay again. We had to pay 180 euros for crap linen...

"Lovely house in quiet area. Walking distance to all amenities. Well maintained quiet pool. Good parking either outside house or in parking area a few yards away. Large outside area was very private and secure. Alain was very helpful and always on hand if needed. Would have no hesitation in staying here again."

"We had a lovely time at the bungalow, it has everything you need and is very well maintained. The upstairs terrace is private and ideal for sunbathing. It is located in a secure gated community within a few minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants. Communications with the owner and key holders were excellent and the wifi was easy to set up. We would definitely recommend it and hope we will be able to visit again sometime soon."

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...
