"We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay at Porcilia. The property was exactly as advertised and Francesca was a very welcoming and helpful host. The property was clean and well equipped. The pool was excellent and loved by all our party! The pool and the grounds were all very well maintained! We would highly recommend a stay at Porcilia!!"

"This is a wonderful place. It was clean and spacious. It was well stocked. It even had bread and jam for us. It had a kitchen well-stocked with pots, pans, silverware and plates. The owner, Daniella, runs the clothing store in the same building and was very accessible and helpful. "Cottage is larger than described and outfitted nicely for a couple. We used the kitchen everyday for meals and while the bed was firm, it wasn’t bad. Directions to there were confusing. Basically, head to To"

"Quaint apartment, with enough amenities for a great six day stay! The parking is a little tough, but the location and views are fabulous. The pellet stove needs to have directions for the renter when it is cooler weather. I would definitely say again. Francesco was great and helped me with a lot of questions!:)"

"We had a great stay at the house of Marisa and Paolo. Both were very welcoming, and we spent a perfect week in Chiusdino. The house provided everything we needed for our family of four. From the garden we had a beautiful view towards the hills. And the swimming pool was great to cool down and escape from the summer heat. "The hotel was nice. The woman at the front desk who spoke English was very unfriendly. Seemed very annoyed if we asked questions. We opted to parking in their garage and the woman was pointing right while telling my husband to drive left. She was getting angry that he didn’t know if he should go right or left. "My favorite stay on our honeymoon in Italy! They even gave us with a free upgrade to a suite. I loved this hotel and only regret that we didn’t stay longer. The whole property was gorgeous and I loved hearing nothing but nature during the day. Their breakfast buffet was pretty great too. Would love to come in the summer so I could enjoy the pool but walking through their olive groves was lovely still. They have a lot of outdoor seating that would make a perfect spot to read a book. We ate at their restaurant for dinner and it was delicious! It is about a 15 minute car ride from the city center though so I wouldn’t recommend walking there (unless you are fine with a 35-40 min walk but there is a bus stop a 4 minute walk away from the hotel that’s convenient if you want to make a trip into town if you don’t have a car. I did pick this hotel though because I wanted a little getaway from the town center but not too far and this was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Would definitely love to visit again and would recommend to anyone visiting Siena! "

"Had a nice stay. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment was clean. Property is beautiful, I can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. My only suggestion for people looking to book would be that you might want to rent a car. It is technically walking distance to centre of town in Siena but it’s a bit of an awkward walk uphill. "
