Everything was excellent. I will not go to any other property in Santo Domingo. I felt protected. I feel at home. I got there late because of a flight delay and the owner was immediately available and provided me with all info I needed. Wi-Fi spectacular. There is something I would like to share: Towels and linens were spotless, available, and dried cleaning. Security is very important to me and they had a 24-hour vigilant security guy. Oh my God, I cannot say enough!!!

Not What I'd Expected
Check in was easy, we get into the property, its not clean, it seems to be under construction when I enter the place. The furnishings seem new, with the exception of all the mattresses. They're stained & dengy. The house had contruction dust all over & their was a pest infectio. The power goes out often in Santo Domingo, so this listing said it has a power back up. It didnt work for the 1st week. We were miserable. We slept in the living room for 3 weeks. After we cleaned the unit because Vrbo was not issuing a refund. The host is responsive, just not very proactive in helping with your needs & concerns.

Fue la experiencia más mala q he tenido con expedía nunca me mandaron una confirma con el número del dueño de la propiedad y me he demorado 2 horas esperando respuesta para poder entrar después de llamar a Vrbo q no tengo si aplicación me contestaron y pude entrar el apartamento súper sucio las sábanas negras de migre resulta q no cambiaron las sábanas los baños sucios en general todo un asco no me salí porque solo lo renté para dormir pero no se como expedía renta lugares tan malos q pena más nunca rento con ustedes

Family Stay - Convenient
Convenient location with access to restaurants, supermarket, and a lively social scene. Safe and secure neighborhood and good communication with the host. He was able to accommodate special request due to my father's health. On site maintenance was also very helpful.

The apartment was amazing
I absolutely loved it very clean excellent customer service the gatekeepers where very helpful with all our needs and the owner was always available to. Answer any questions we had . The only down side I had was the bed was very hard but other then that everything was more then excellent . I will defiantly rent again during my next stay
