Too hot
The apartment only had 1 AC unit which was controlled by WIFI. It was set at 68 degrees and that was very uncomfortable. It was way too warm. I feel the price was too high and the apartment was too small for what we paid. Also the parking spot was too small and it was a nightmare to try and park there.

WALKING THROUGH HISTORY
THE BEST: Location / The easy access / The humble, happy and lovely local people among the property and this beautiful country. THE GOOD: Yes, it is a Cosy Studio Flat with all you need to have a pleasant stay within walking distance of the Colonial Heart of Santo Domingo. THE NOT THAT GOOD: The owner needs to learn more about the Dominican empathy / The burners in the stove have to be changed for the safety of the property and, even more critical, for the protection of those who stay in it (but it is something straightforward to solve for an owner who takes excellent care of this apartment)
