Adorei a estadia
Gostei da pousada. Boa localização,a 25 minutos de campos do Jordão. Ótima limpeza, café da manhã farto e variado. No centrinho da cidade, que aliás achei bem charmosa. O quarto era bom

Hospitalidade e instalações abaixo da expectativa
Achamos a pousada cara para o que oferecia e para a hospitalidade. Cama barulhenta, chuveiro não esquentava pro frio da cidade, corredores a noite com as luzes apagadas dificultando chegar a noite e entrar no quarto. Portas da varanda difíceis de abrir. O Café era bem simples, pra não dizer fraco - O brioche que pegamos estava duro e os sucos eram todos muito artificiais. Achamos caras a taxa pelo pet (R$80 por diaria), e o valor estava exposto de forma pouco clara no hoteis.com. Fiquei sabendo mesmo só um pouco antes de entrar no hotel. Sendo que na prática não tinha nenhum tipo de limpeza especial. Ficamos até 12h na rua e não tinham limpado o quarto e nem trocado toalhas. A noite também não trocaram. Não obstante, chegamos cedo no hotel e tinham vários quartos vagos, mesmo assim não abriram a exceção por um early check in (nem 1h antes)…. tivemos q esperar um monte. Sabemos que não é obrigatório pro hotel, mas que é de bom tom no mercado de hospitalidade fazer isso…Só que não fizeram nenhuma questão de fazer nossa experiência na cidade um pouco melhor. Na prática paguei R$400 por diaria, sendo que esse é o valor para pousadas 3- 4 estrelas e essa pousada passa longe de 4 estrelas. Único ponto positivo foi a localização.

Os proprietários são muito amigáveis, e isso inclui o cachorro Hulk, que é muito amoroso com os hóspedes. O café da manhã é excelente, tem tudo que a gente precisa e itens fresquinhos. No entanto, há pontos que prejudicaram nosso conforto durante a estadia: colchão da cama muito duro, banheiro com cheiro ruim saindo dos ralinhos, quarto muito pequeno e roupas de cama e cobertores com cheiro de mofo, o que nos fez espirrar muito. Em resumo, precisa de melhoria nas instalações.

Excepcional
O atendimento foi excepcional, o anfitrião Arnaldo e a família são muito hospitaleiros e simpáticos. O quarto é limpo, confortável, tem cobertores quentinhos e um bom chuveiro. O café da manhã foi completo e excelente. A pousada é próxima as principais atrações da cidade, podendo ir a pé, enfim, não deixou nada a desejar. Com certeza eu e minha família voltaremos mais vezes. Obrigado por nos proporcionarem uma experiência incrível, inclusive para o nosso filho Gabriel de 2 anos que amou tudo!!!
