"This homestay was absolutely excellent. Perfect in every way, especially for a nice romantic getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sitting on the back patio with your loved one(s) and watching a sunrise and the shadow of the mountains behind you during the sunset is absolutely incredible. At night time you can also see some fireflies come up onto the porch if you are patient. The hot tub is an INCREDIBLE spot to relax. I also highly recommend going into the village around the homestay. There are some incredible lunch and coffee spots on Doi Mae Mon that shouldn't be missed. There are also a couple convenience shops around if you need a few things you may have forgotten to bring with you. Not quite 7 eleven but more charming. I'll remember this stay for the rest of my life and if I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely be back!"

"We had an incredible three day stay here after staying in Chiang Rai for four nights. This was a true gift - very Thai style and sweetly old fashioned but with all the mod cons. The family is super wet and kind - we loved Khun Gigi and her little puppy Kai Dow. The breakfasts were delicious - make sure you have the khao Tom in particular as it’s excellent! There are good restaurants close by and we used their bikes to go to local spots. Grab works there so you can use cars too. An outstanding, very Thai experience which we cannot recommend highly enough. "

"I had a one night stay in Chiang Mai to tour the temple's. I arrived super early and couldnt check into my airbnb yet. I booked this location last minute. With the limited time I had, the location to the places i wanted to visit were super close. The tik tok Viral Lalitta Cafe wasn't far from it either. You do have the option to included breakfast for an additional fee (very inexpensive). This hotel cleanliness was top tier. Not sure if its newly built but its definitely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommended this location to give a try and book again if i ever visit again. Excellent customer service, especially from Jinnie and the young lady that is apart of the kitchen staff (i forgot her name) but she was super polite and helpful. She helped me arrange my transportation to the airport as well. It has a nice waiting area, inside and such a relaxing outside sitting area. Clean pool, with bathroom, shower, and loungers outside For me, and my needs this hotel was a 10 out of 10."

"We loved Bambuh Boutique! Small quiet property and the caretakers are very kind. Home cooked breakfast including home roasted coffee. Lovely big rooms and the AC worked well. Note that the location is not near anything and Chiang Rai in general is very spread out. We booked many Grabs to get around. Recommend hiring a driver for a day to see the temples, markets etc. "
