"A little confusing where to park and check in. GPS took us to the back of the property and we walked through entire hotel, pool area, restaurant etc to get to the lobby to check in. The food was great, drinks were avg. staff were kind; most don’t speak English except in restaurant so that was easy. ..."

Traffic is a problem in Santiago. The access to the hotel from the inter American highway can be risky, specially at rush hour. Not the fault of the hotel, it’s a municipal issue.

The restaurant at Hotel Galeria was the best food I’ve had in Santiago in a long time.

Nothing here for visitors unless you like big, ugly shopping malls and busier, uglier big-box stores. Hot, crowded and noisy the only reason to stop here is to refuel, grab some cold drinks on your way to Pedasi or the City.
