Ho prenotato per 2 persone, sono arrivato dal Perù in Cile, a Santiago, e mi hanno cancellato la prenotazione. Nessuna Chiamata, solo un email. Mi stavo dirigendo in struttura e per puro caso apro la mail e mi dicono, senza darmi nessuna spiegazione del perché, che la prenotazione era stata cancellata. Quando gli ho chiamato e chiesto come facevo mi hanno semplicemente risposto "beh cerchi su Expedia! Arrivederci."

Ok location, but......

It is a nice and clean apartment but we will not come back. At check in we had received a code for the door, but the code didn’t work...! After waiting a while we received a new code, but a bad start when you are arriving tried. In front of our window is a huge construction going on what for sure will continue for another 2 years. That means that there is a lot of loud noises starting early in the morning until evening, so you can’t really open the window to get some fresh air in. We had an air condition but no remote. When we ask where the remote is, the landlord said that he can bring it, but when we use it to long we have to pay extra. During the night we woke up because other people in the house played loud music and had parties in the morning around 3 o’clock (during the week) and dogs were barking. They renovated as well the floor above us and the reception told us that they would work from 10-18 during the day....that was not quit true. We woke up from those workers around 7 in the morning. We stayed here for 3 nights and we didn’t get so much sleep AS expected. During the day it was as well impossible to sleep because of the noises from the constructions, the streets and the heat in the apartment. If you come for the kitchen, it is not really good equipped but for small things it’s ok. The oven is not working, but we Founder old bread in the oven. Overall the apartment has an ok position, but because of all the noises not a good choice.

Entorno agradable y seguro , buena recepción, falta mas higiene al llegar en la noche encontramos sábanas sucias (sangre) fueron repuestas oportunamente, la lampara del velador no tenía ampolleta reclame junto con lo del cambio de sábanas pero no lo resolvieron, falta de higiene de loza y esponja vieja y deteriorada, el inventario no es correcto faltan muchas cosas, cobran por aire acondicionado, 0

Falta de servicios primetidos

En la app se mencionaba que el departamento contaba con aire acondicionado, sin embargo, tenía el enchufe cortado y no había control. Al contactar al encargado, me menciona que se deben pagar $2.500 por día y no usarlo más allá de 6 horas. Como el enchufe estaba cortado no lo pude usar y me freí en la habitación, ya que la temperatura superaba los 30 grados. También en la app se mencionaba que se tenía tv cable, pero solo tenía televisión por aire, de los cuales solo 3 canales se veían bien. Por otra parte, la comunicación con el encargado del departamento tampoco fue muy buena porque a través de WhatsApp dejaba el mensaje como visto y al llamarlo no contestaba. Solo debía esperar la devolución del llamado.

Great place.

Very fast and easy checkin. 8minutes walk to metro. The location is approximate of main attractions but a bite noisy at night. Have to pay little extra for using the A/C. Overall 4/5 stars

Hola. El departamento en el cual me aloje es muy cómodo y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar la estadía. Solo encontré detalles menores que son se pueden mejorar fácilmente con una mejor supervisión antes de entregarlos. como por ejemplo, no habían cucharas chicas, solo un vaso para bebidas o jugos, no hay secador de pelo y la tv se encuentra en el living y no en la pieza. Digo esto porque he alojado en varios departamentos de este tipo en Santiago y la mayoría cuenta con lo indicado anteriomente, pero en general muy buen departamento y sobretodo encontré que el sector es muy bueno y cuenta con comercio para compras domesticas muy cerquita, lavado de ropa y carabineros al frente del edificio. Me gusto!!
