Certamente o ponto mais forte deste hotel é a sua localização. Quase em frente da estação de metrô e a poucos metros do Shopping Costanera Center. Ficamos em um quarto no último andar. Quarto pequeno porém com cama confortável. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor caso houvesse variedade entre os dias de hospedagem mas, atende as necessidades. Os atendentes são bem solícitos. Certamente voltando para Santiago me hospedaria no RQ Stay Tobalaba

Excelente localização, a 100 metros do Costanera e 20 metros do metrô. Ficamos em 2 casais. Há uma cama de casal em um quarto com armário e cofre, uma cama de solteiro em outro quarto e um sofá cama super confortável na sala. Os quartos são aconchegantes e bem limpos. Na cozinha há frigobar, forno microondas, torradeira, talheres e copos. Atendentes prestativos e educados. O café da manhã é levado no quarto com horário pré agendado, sendo possível antecipar o recebimento para a noite anterior caso tenha necessidade de sair para passeios antes das 7h15, horário esse inicial do café. Apesar de estar em uma rua bem movimentada, não há barulho nos quartos com as janelas fechadas. Vários restaurantes, bares e supermercados próximos, podendo ir a pé.

Spacious apartment in need of renovation
This aparthotel has so much promise-- spacious apartments, very convenient location, and friendly and helpful staff. With some updating, it could be fantastic. The shower was the most problematic issue-- water was either boiling hot or freezing cold, and switched between the two very rapidly. A normal shower was impossible; I ended up buying myself a plug for the tub so that I would have some way to bathe safely. Update the water heater, replace the ugly sofa (and bedding) with new ones, add a comfy chair, an area rug and a lamp in the living room, and this would be an excellent hotel.

Localização ótima! Em frente ao metrô e a 5 minutos andando do Costanera CentrrnnQuartos amplos, cozinha muito bem equipada, sala super espaçosa. Todos com tv. Sinal de Wi-Fi muito bom. Todo dia a recepção te liga, ou você avisa, para saber o horário que o café da manhã deverá ser entregue. Única ressalva é que o café e sempre a mesma coisa - pão de forma, queijo, peito de peru, frutas, cereal, leite, suco e biscoito. Mas compensa muito. O hotel é ótimo, a localização melhor ainda. Recomendo sem duvidas.

Excelente custo benefício. Área central com um excelenterestaurante/bar embaixo. Poucos passos do Costanera Center e do metrô. Apartamento completo com 2 quartos, sala, cozinha e 3 tvs. Simples a recepção e a estrutura, mas muito confortavel . Só não sei no verão, pois o ar condicionado fica no corredor. Limpeza excelente e pessoal de confiança. Esqueci peças de ouro na mesa e ninguem mexeu. Super recomendo

Melhor localização possível
O hotel é super bem localizado 1000 pontos neste aspecto a uns 300 m do shopping Costanera Center ( onde tem um enorme supermercado) em frente à estação de metrô da Tobalaba, e com um casa de câmbio com valores muito próximos ao da Augustinas na mesma rua já perto do Costanera( mas fora do shopping, lá dentro o câmbio não vale a pena), o café da manhã tende a ser o mesmo de sempre todos os dias mas alimenta bem! Ficaria neste hotel novamente sem pestanejar desde que o regulador do chuveiro( aquecedor) fosse de mais simples manuseio, a agua ou é gélida ou fervente, mas acho que foi algo pontual que pode ser visto pela administração

Pra quem busca boa localização, este hotel é perfeito. Localizado a poucos passos do Costanera (Shopping e o Sky Costanera) e praticamente dentro da estação Tobalaba (linha vermelha e azul). O quarto é muito bom, possui cozinha com utensílios excelentes. Tem cofre, ar condicionado e a TV é grande. No banheiro tem cortina e banheira no box, as vezes molha um pouco. Mas nada que irá atrapalhar. Café da manhã no quarto e se tiverem passeios ou compromissos muito cedo. Eles deixam o café no dia anterior com suco e leite de caixinha, tudo muito bem preparado. Gracias.

Tudo excelente no estabelecimento. Uma unica ressalva é que a agencia de turismo Lucero Travel, a que eles intermediam para passeios, nos causou algum problema. Contratamos um passeio através da recepção e a agencia de turismo mudou o horário de apanha 3 vezes e, no final, não mandou o veículo, o que nos fez perder algumas horas.

Para ser puntual: Contras: Es un edifico adaptado para hotel. No es un hotel propiamente dicho. La piscina es estacional (Enero-Febrero-Marzo) y no es temperada La cochera es de difícil ubicación y no hay señalización adecuada para llegar a ella. Para ingresar hay que bajarse del auto y tocar un timbre Además solo cuenta con 4 espacios para clientes y aveces están llenos. Los enchufes son de entrada circular y no brindan adaptadores universales El wifi es malísimo La cocina no está debidamente equipada Solo hay un televisor en un departamento cuádruple Pros: Buena limpieza Desayuno decente servido en la habitación Ubicación
