The Space:
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, providing everything you need to feel at home. It includes a Smart TV and WiFi to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and basic cooking utensils, allowing you to cook or prepare snacks anytime.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to all areas of the apartment, including fully furnished bedrooms with beds, clean sheets, and fresh towels. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, and plates, as well as a refrigerator, toaster, and kettle, so you can prepare your meals and snacks whenever you like. It is also an important business hub, hosting many offices of national and international companies. As for tourist attractions, it has several points of interest, such as Parque Araucano, a large green space that offers outdoor activities and cultural events. Furthermore, the district is close to the Andes Mountains, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and skiing during the appropriate season.

Public Transport:

Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.
Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing:

Taxis: Taxis are readily available throughout Santiago. You can hail one on the street, find them at designated taxi stands, or book one through phone apps.
Uber/Cabify: These ride-sharing services are widely used in Santiago and offer a convenient and often cost-effective way to get around the city.

Walking: Our neighborhood is very walkable, with numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops within a short distance. It’s a great way to soak in the local culture and sights.
Biking: Santiago is becoming increasingly bike-friendly, with several bike lanes and bike rental services. You can rent a bike from services like Bike Santiago to explore the city at your own pace.
