Great value, location good if noisy, which is typical Cuba. Breakfast good, and for the cost amazing. Staff helpful and friendly.

The location was great, however the Hotel lacks basic basic necessities such as reliable water. I stayed for a total of 6 nights and every single night without fail there was some kind of issue. The first night upon check in, my room wasn't available due to a large group reservation but that they would move me the next day. I get settled in and go to take a shower, ICE cold water and no water pressure. I rough it out the first night because there are no other rooms available. The next day we get moved upstairs to a different room. Not only is the bathroom even smaller this time we had NO WATER. It was night time by the time they were able to adjust the water situation and I was able to take my first semi decent shower. The third day, we had luke warm water and very low water pressure. The fourth day COLD Water again. At this point the Hotel should have at least accomodated me with some kind of concession, but we got nothing. The final day of our stay the entire room got flooded because the drainage system was not working. There were other issues but at the end of the day, the saying is true, you get what you pay for.
