This newly renovated house has an enviable location, just 200mt from the cathedral is located on the main street of the Monumental Area A Rúa Nova, in front of the Church of Santa Maria Salomé and a few meters from the Main Theater and the Theater Hall.
The effort to climb the stairs to the third floor of the building will be rewarded with panoramic views of the Cathedral, the Alameda, Monte Pedroso in the background and the flood of light that enters through the gallery of the floor. As well as a careful and cozy decoration to offer our guests a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Spacious living-dining-kitchen. In the living room you will have Lcd Tv, Dvd, magazines, plans and informative brochures of Santiago, board games, magazines ....
The kitchen has everything you need in a house, vitro-ceramic, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, cleaning products ...
Very sunny gallery, with spectacular views of the cathedral, Monte Pedroso and beautiful sunsets.
The flat is equipped with everything you need for the stay, sheets, towels, gel, shampoo, first aid kit .... hairdryer, iron, ironing board.
The house is cleaned prior to your arrival. Upon arrival, the house will be shown to check that everything is at the guest's disposal and any questions you may have will be resolved. It will also try to clarify any issue that is present and provide the information you need.
It offers a brief guide to attractions, restaurant and leisure. As well as tourist routes you can do from Santiago.
If you come with children under 2 years old, you can have a crib and highchair, as well as toys for your baby.
Since the house is located in one of the most noble and centric streets of the city, your stay will be of the most pleasant and you will be able to completely forget about the car.

For those guests who need parking we have an agreement with the parking Rosalía de Castro, located in the street of the same name and about 400m from the floor. The price per day is € 6 regardless of the times the car moves.
As hosts we will always be at your disposal to provide suggestions of restaurants, places to visit and excursions to be made from Santiago. As well as to resolve any doubt or problem that may arise before or during the stay.
The location of the house is exceptional in all its aspects. It is a few meters from the cathedral, in the middle of the monumental area with constant police surveillance and video surveillance because of its proximity to the cathedral.
