"Casa Matidia was a real surprise for us. A wonderful surprise. The photographs on VRBO don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful, magnificently furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. Stefano and his family were present at our arrival and welcomed us warmly, providing a much-appreciated welcome pack. "Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. "

"Lovely place! Very welcoming, friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and extremely kid friendly with lots of toys etc. They thought of everything. We only stayed one night as a quick stop over but wish we were able to stay longer. We will be back!"

"c'era un problema con internet, tuttavia il proprietario stava cercando di risolverlo. Torneremmo sicuramente assumendo che internet sia stato risolto.la zona è molto carina, il mare è pulito e il pesce delizioso. Il Museo e la visita alla Villa di Tiberio fatto per una deviazione interessante."

"We made wonderful memories at the Casale. The place is huge with spacious dining, living room and outdoor space and swimming pool. The view is stunning. Close to Formia snd Gaeta beaches, boat tour of the area was beautiful. Restaurants and good pizza places. The kids had super time doing night swims at the pool. We give this place an A+"

"Great views en route to and at the property. Very private setting (we rarely saw the neighbours). Property was spotless upon arrival. Angela, the assistant, has the patience of a saint. She was wonderful to deal with. "Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa villetta vicino a Formia dotata di tutto il necessario e di una bella terrazza con vista golfo dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. Ci ha accolto Anna che è stata carinissima ,molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Soggiorno bellissimo,casa veramente ok, ... Da ripetere. Sonia"

"The house is truly incredible. Very secluded and peaceful with no neighbours at all. The house was very well decorated and everything (hot water, Wi-Fi etc) worked fine. Fernando was very helpful whenever we needed him. Amazing tranquility and fabulous views. We got a train to Rome for one night very easily and the history of the area is amazing. "The place was great. We stayed in the last week of September before it closed for the season so not much open. Pool closes during the day so you can’t always swim. "

"Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....
