He helped us with the luggage when we checked in and offered to help on checkout since we had to park in public parking some distance away. FYI- the WiFi signal was weak and sporadic. Nos comunicamos y quedaron en llevar tanto las sábanas y toallas que faltaban y no sucedió nunca. Las toallas y sábanas que habían eran de pésima calidad. Las toallas para bañarse además de malas de un tamaño mínimo. No corresponde el precio que se paga con la calidad del servicio. "

"The cava is exactly as shown and described online. The view from the terrace looks directly into the Sassi. The location can’t be beat, it’s right near the old city and new City so you have a central location to see everything. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner works great on a hot day. Our hosts were amazing. They provided us a lovely breakfast of fresh tarts, pastries, meats, yogurts, and milk/cereals. They even left us local wine to enjoy at home and suggested several tours....
