This beautiful Mallorcan chalet is located in a quiet street, in. 3 Sea line of Cala Llombards. It is yet close (6 minutes) for small infrastructure of the 1-minute walk from the beach. The house is lovingly decorated in the Mallorcan style. It offers on 2 levels with 150 sqm living space and 60 sqm of terraces 6 to 7 persons (7 Person Baby) enough space and is divided as follows:
- 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans (2 bedrooms with double beds and the third Bedroom 2 single beds
- Semi-open kitchen with gas hob / electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.
- 2 bathrooms: one upstairs with bath, the second on the ground floor with shower
- Open living-dining-kitchen area with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
- Reading room / office on the ground floor
The house is fully equipped with linens, towels and beach towels. The large pool (about 7 x 3.5 m) and the various, partially covered outside terraces invite you to linger. From the roof terrace you
 a great view of the sea. A parking is on the property or in front of the house in the driveway.
The house stands on a corner plot of 900 square meters. Therefore, the outdoor area is wonderfully generous held with various seating areas, which provide each one, depending on the sun and preference (sun / shade) a nice spot.
At the pool there are various seating areas for up to 6 persons, reconsidered at the house, twice a sun terrace area. Before the house there is a large open terrace with further seating. In addition there are 6 sunbeds and 2 outdoor showers.
For an enjoyable evening outdoors there is also an outdoor grill with covered seating. In the colder months, permanently mounted electric radiators are available in house. The house is open from April to mid-November for rental. A heating fee is to be paid additionally in winter.

In summary great but a little aged
The house is in a wonderful location, close to the sea and with a nice pool. You always have a place to sit in the shadow and the bbq area is nice as well. Bur it is a little outdated and not as clean as expected. Some things have been mentioned here in many reviews and should be fixed. The dishwasher does not clean anything. Everything comes out filthy. Its not as relaxing if you have to hand wash everything. We were not aware that the water there is so salty, you basically cannot get rid of it. You cannot use it for coffee, cooking, ... and even after a shower everything is salty. The kids cryed every shower because the water burns in their eyes, it was a little stressfull and we were all looking forward to a clean shower. I think that should be mentioned in the advertise. Apart from that we enjoyed our time and would consider coming back.

Tolles Haus, aber...........
Ameisen im ganzen Haus, insbesondere in der Küche, wir haben Fallen aufgestellt, nützte aber nichts. Die Matratzen in zwei Schlafzimmern , eine Katastrophe, Drahtgeflecht pur. Bratpfannen nicht benutzbar, total zerkratzt, Dellen usw.Gläser , stumpf mit Kerben, und natürlich fehlten scharfe Messer. Darüber hinaus gab es noch viele Kleinigkeiten zu beanstanden. Ach ja, der permanente Faulige Gestank im oberen Badezimmer ist auch nicht gerade angenehm. Der Pool ist sauber, das Haus selber ok. Tischdecken Mangel wird hier niemals vorkommen......Sehr viele Hinterlassenschaften der Besitzer. Fazit, wir haben uns auf unsere heimischen Betten gefreut, um uns zu erholen...Soll das so sein????? Über 370 Euro pro Nacht, viel zu Teuer....

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Cala Llombards 2/9 - 9/9
Unser Aufenthalt in Cala Llombards war einfach traumhaft! Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise war Frau Klee außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Schritte von einer malerischen Bucht entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu vielen schönen Städten und Stränden. Das gesamte Haus war makellos, sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter mit Temperaturen zwischen 28 und 32 Grad, was unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet hat. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Erfahrung, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam. Besonders die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten am Pool und rund um das Haus inklusive Spielfläche für die Kinder hat uns große Freude bereitet. Auch die Nähe zu einem unglaublich schönen Strand hat den Urlaub versüßt. Leider waren Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber und konnten durch Probleme mit der Spülmaschine nur von Hand gesäubert werden - bei 6 Personen sehr viel Aufwand. Woran es bei der neuen Spülmaschine lag, konnten wir leider auch mit Frau Klees Hilfe nicht herausfinden. Auch die Messer müssten unbedingt noch mal geschärft werden. Die Einrichtung mit antiken Gegenständen war gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat uns aber weniger gestört; ist eben Geschmackssache. Zusammenfassend: eine sehr schöne Finker mit gepflegtem Pool und Außenbereich; es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank auch an Sie, Frau Klee für Ihre unkomplizierte Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität. Durch Sie war der organisatorische Part angenehm einfach.

We hebben 8 dagen genoten op dit mooie plekje. Bij aankomst stond Silke ons op te wachten om ons te verwelkomen en uitleg te geven over de accomodatie en de omgeving. De villa is schoon en netjes en alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je vakantie is aanwezig. Enkel het bestek is wat beperkt aanwezig voor 6 personen. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad, de ligbedjes en de terrassen die deels zon en deels schaduw hebben. Het huisje ligt zeer dicht bij een zandstrand, dit strand is bereikbaar via trappen en dikke keien, voor personen die minder goed te been zijn is dit moeilijker begaanbaar. Mogelijk is er nog een andere route, deze is ons niet bekend. Wij waren er begin september, het mooie warme weer werd gecombineerd met een aangenaam briesje. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van zowel airco als plafondventilatoren, waardoor de nachten lekker koel zijn. De bedden zijn matig, enkele bedden hard, bij andere bedden de veren voelbaar. De bedden waren opgemaakt, ook het kinderbedje voor ons zoontje van 15 maanden was goed verzorgd en schoon. Eetstoel beschikbaar (geen riempje of dienblad, wij hebben ons zoontje provisorisch vastgemaakt met een eigen riempje voor de veiligheid, dit werkte prima). Bij vragen is Silke goed bereikbaar via de telefoon en hartelijk. Het huis beschikt over veel trappen (dit wisten we van te voren). Door de trappen binnen met eetstoelen te blokkeren, ook voor ons kruipende zoontje veilig genoeg. Kortom, een heerlijk verblijf en zeker een aanrader!

Sehr schön
Wir waren 10 Tage mit 6 Personen in der Unterkunft. Besonders angenehm war die absolut ruhige Lage obwohl die bekannten Strände in der Nähe überrannt wurden in der Hauptsaison. Aber wenn man früh geht oder später abends ist der Strand in 5 Gehminuten sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschine spülte nicht ganz so sauber, eine Liegenauflage fehlte und eine Zimmertür klemmte. Es stehen wirklich viele Dekos herum- könnte mit Kleinkindern nervig werden. Ansonsten hat alles gut gepasst - alles war sauber - und wir konnten sogar das Lesezimmer als zusätzlichen Schlafraum nützen. Silke war jederzeit erreichbar.

Meine Familie hat sich in dem Ferienhaus rundherum wohlgefühlt. Der Lieblingsort der Familie war der Pool.

Für uns perfekt
Wir hatten sehr schöne 16 Nächte in der finca. Der Pool und die Lage, sowie die Ausstattung sind klasse. Alles schön groß und geräumig. Auch hört man die anderen im Nachbar Zimmer nicht (Husten/Baby weinen). Kommunikation mit Silke war tip top und wenn etwas war wurde es innerhalb 12 Stunden geklärt. Der zum Strand ist super kurz. Angenehm. Auto für uns 7 notwendig. Nachbarschaftliche ruhige Gegend. Leider war ein Hund regelmäßig zu hören. Aber dafür können die Besitzer/Vermieter nix. Für mein Krabbel-Baby waren die Fliesen (Bau-typisch für Mallorca) sehr kalt. Deshalb hatten wir oft Socken und lange Hosen an. Wir waren im Mai die ersten in der Saison und das Haus war noch sehr kalt und auch feucht (entsprechender Duft/Muff). Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Spanisch… alles nicht neu, aber ausreichend. die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und 5 Stunden später haben uns die Besitzer eine neue gebracht. es steht eigentlich überall was rum. Wir mussten uns erstmal Platz machen. Aber es hat es auch gemütlich gemacht. Handtücher und Bettlaken sind ausreichend vorhanden. Für uns war es schön. Man muss bedenken es ist Spanien und nicht zu Hause. Aber man kann sich wohl fühlen!

Viel Platz für die ganze Familie
Ein tolles Haus mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Vermietern. Von beiden großen Dachterrassen hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Der Pool ist super und von außen kann keiner aufs Grundstück schauen. Die traumhafte Bucht ist 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist ok, könnte aber hier und da er erneuert werden (zB Bettwäsche, Handtücher).

Großes tolles Haus in perfekter Lage zur Cala Llombards
Wir hatten ein sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Sehr gefallen hat uns, dass man den ganzen Tag Sonne haben konnte, da das Haus rundherum Garten hat. Auch die Lage zur Cala Llombards ist super. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation war top. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet.

Très bon sejour
Maison tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Bien équipée. Très agréable et très calme (hormis quelques matins un bricoleur roi de la perceuse dans sa maison de l’autre côté de la rue ). Accès vraiment rapide à la crique. Manque la climatisation dans les chambre quand il fait comme cet été très chaud la nuit. Propriétaire très réactif si problème.

Sehr hübsche gepflegte Unterkunft für bis zu 6 Personen. Auf einer der vielen Terrassen scheint immer die Sonne. Küche mit allem was man braucht! Über Treppen 2 Minuten in die Bucht Gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le jardin est super, et l’intérieur de la maison également. L’accès à la plage à 2 min à pied est également un gros point positif. Le contact avec l’hôte a été très agréable. Nous recommandons. Le seul petit plus à rajouter serait la présence de Clim dans les chambres. Autrement, rien à redire.

Gutes Haus, aber......
Uns hat das Haus als solches gut gefallen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern, die wir hatten, habe ich ein paar Anregungen. Bäder neu machen, Küxhe ok, aber Besteck, Gläser, Geschirr und Kochtöpfe raus und neu. Fliegengitter in den Fensterläden montieren. Weisse Wände und Schnaken, das geht nicht. Pool klasse, Haus schön angelegt, mitLiebe. Lage zur Bucht ideal. Grillstation professioneller machen. Belüftung für die Kohle ist nicht gut. Es gibt so gutes Grillgut aus Malle, vom Fleisch bis Tintenfische und da macht das richtig Spass.

Alles in Ordnung
Die Finca mutet auf den Fotos etwas schöner und schicker an , vor allem auch etwas größer . Im Ganzen ist sie aber dem Preis und der Lage entsprechend absolut annehmbar. Ein wunderschöner Strand zu Fuß in etwa 3-4min. erreichbar. In den Küchenschränken stehen Unmengen von Tassen, Gläsern , Tellern , Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirrtüchern. Dafür sind andere Küchenhelfer nicht oder in mangelhaftem Zustand vorhanden. Der Service vor Ort ist sehr zuverlässig und angenehm und die Finca in einem sauberen Zustand. Auch diese Finca ist außerhalb der Hauptsaison recht kühl , falls geheizt werden muß (Elektroheizung) kommen in einer Woche 100€ hinzu. Bitte denken sie an Hausschuhe denn die Marmorfliesen im ganzen Haus sind SEHR kalt. Die Betten waren angenehm und wir hatten erholsame Nächte. Es kann nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden (evtl. an Schlafbrille denken ; )) Viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten um das ganze Haus verteilt. Schöner relativ großer Pool.

Einfach rundherum eine gepflegte Anlage mit verschiedenen Sitzplaetzen, liebevoll ausgestattet und in einer sehr schönen Umgebung! Mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen!
