"The location is in an elevated setting quite high in the mountain offering guests a clear view of the trees and peak of the mountain range. The owner Dan is pleasant and offers guests a tour of property and shares insights on the surrounding area. The inside of property is neat and organized for guests. If you have children, the local dogs on the property are quite noisy all night (5-7 dogs) and seem to act as a security detail. "

My family of 8 stayed at this Beach house and were very well pleased with the accommodations and quick response from both owner and caretakers. "We stayed here just one night as we were travelling through Dumaguete, but I would definitely stay here again. Our flight arrived way before check in and they let us hang out in the pool area and had luggage storage while we waited for our room to be ready. The on-site restaurant was delicious and convenient. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The beds were also super comfy-would definitely stay here again!"

"Each room looks out to the ocean. The beds are king sized. The staff was super friendly and helpful at cooking adventures for us. The food in the restaurant at the hotel is made fresh and has local and international options. The pool is clean. The hotel sits on a reef with tide pools. We would love to come back and stay again"

"This place was great. We enjoyed the staff, they were so helpful with everything. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The place is a little far but once you get there it’s greatly appreciated. It sits right on the ocean and the view is spectacular!!! They rent motorbikes so it’s easy to get around and visit waterfalls. The rooms are a great size and very clean. I recommend this place to any traveller!"
