Relaxation guaranteed!
This is a nice little apartment on the outskirts of Santana with all its bars and restaurants. Immaculately clean with a spacious covered balcony and well-equipped kitchen - and the welcome from Maria was great. Just two minor issues, we felt: the bed was very hard (we ended up sleeping on top of the duvet) and there is no "comfy" furniture on the balcony. But it was the perfect base for touring round the island which we loved.

This prooperty has a very nice and kind host. Only one thing to improve is a texting responces. Everything was nice, especially tarace, high quality of equipment and nice furnitures. Recommendation!

Well equipped, tidy but a little cold apartment
Everything was very neat and clean. There were new pots to cook with the gaz stove. I really enjoyed the fireplace. Enough wood was stored below. Unfortunately the fireplace is in the kitchen and not in the living room. And since the kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar, the warmth cannot really reach the living room, which stayed quite cold for most of the time due to the tiles on the floor. There was no other heating available. The building is right on the street where buses and cars pass. Thus it was quite lively. For me it was okay, it did´t feel bothered by the noise. With a rental car we could reach Santana in 5 minutes. Santana is also a good staring point for the hikes to Pico Ruivo and Quemedais. All in all i would recommend it but may be only for two or three days and then change to a warmer place.

Destino Santana em Madeira.Muitos me perguntaram porque escolei Santana? Para respirar ar puro, para fugir um pouco de calor, pq.la encontras:sossego,paz e tranquilidade. Estamos muito satisfeitos.Obrigada por tudo e comprimentos para Sr. Luis e Sr. Sousa. Recomendo ir de ferias na Santana em casa de Sr. Sousa. Quem quer fugir de barulho, de calor ou de confuzão ouvir só os passarinhos e acordar com um cheiro de natureza a Santana e o lugar petfeito. Até breve! Fam Popa
