"This property is located in a central area, walkable to many dining options and etc...the building itself has only 10 years, furniture is nice and comfy beds. Cleanness needs a little bit of attention on the small details, walls, fridge, hallways...and they definitely should invest in new towels and sheets. Overall it's ok, but needs some improvement...management needs to advise their associates more and they need supervision. "

"After making the mistake of making a reservation at another hotel in the area and being completely disappointed, I was referred to the Trade Hotel and I'm VERY happy to have left the other hotel to spend the night at the Trade!"

"As well all know, pictures can be deceiving, and that is the case here. The staff was very nice, and the place was clean (you could tell by the smell of cleaning products on the hallway), but the place is old and the surrounding area was questionable. Since the cancellation period had expired by the time I got to the hotel, I decided to take it as a sunk cost, and found another hotel to stay at."
