The upstairs neighbors unfortunately were very easy to hear, and there were children playing with balls until quite late at night, around 22-23. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and also, they were willing to accommodate our bags overnight while we took an overnight trip to the beach. But the owner did provide private parking at an extra cost so i wouldn't have to find street parking for my rental which was not a European compact car (ie. "Admittedly, it was out of high season, but this location is a hidden gem. Walking up to the sound of the waves will never get boring. The communication and check-in process was perfect. The only thing that brought my overall review down by one star was the comfort levels of the beds... which, by the end of the week, were making both our backs hurt. But honestly, the location made up for it."
