This splendid villa for rent in Sardinia is located in the splendid natural setting of Baia Santa Reparata, a few steps from the sea. Villa Bolina has large and welcoming outdoor spaces such as a very spacious and well-kept lawn adorned with decorative plants and entirely surrounded by a hedge which gives the property great confidentiality and privacy. In addition, villa Bolina has a wonderful fully equipped outdoor veranda with a very comfortable corner sofa and armchairs that allow you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in company while admiring the wonderful sea view framed by a bougainvillea pergola with intense aromas.

Also in the rear part of the property it is possible to find a comfortable and large patio equipped with a hob and barbecue, as well as a large table and a peninsula for pleasantly having meals outdoors. In addition, Villa Bolina has various facilities for leisure and recreational activities for carefree convivial moments with relatives and friends.

The interiors of the house are functional. The house is furnished in a modern style and is fully equipped.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a third room with 4 single beds that can become 2 further double beds if necessary.
There are two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

A really beautiful villa with an original design! Clean and equipped with every comfort and a very well-kept garden suitable for the children who had a great time. it was an unforgettable holiday and we would have stayed longer since the village of Santa Reparata and the surrounding area are uniquely beautiful!

We stayed at villa Bolina for a week in August. It is a very quiet and private villa despite being in a very lively village in August! The highlights are definitely the beautiful garden and a fantastic sea just a few metres away. The house was very nice and well-kept and the staff really helpful. Thank you!

I booked villa Bollina through Sardinia Unlimited. Everything worked perfectly and the house absolutely lived up to my expectations! Delicious, in an optimal position as it is close to the sea. Das Haus entspricht in vollem Umfang den Beschreibungen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, das Gebiet Santa Teresa ist sehr sehr schön. Die Einrichtung des Hauses, der Garten, die Ausstattung, alles ist sehr gelungen. Wir waren im Oktober hier und konnten problemlos im Meer baden. Im Sommer ist sicher alles sehr überlaufen und voll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane veramente rilassanti in Sardegna e in particolare in questa villa. Abbiamo deciso di trascorre, come ogni anno, le vacanze insieme a una coppia di amici con figli, come noi, e abbiamo scelto la Sardegna quest'anno: non potevamo fare scelta migliore! La Villa era molto bella e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario. Eravamo alla ricerca di un posto tranquillo e relativamente appartato ed è quello che abbiamo ottenuto grazie alla professionalità della Sardinia Unlimited. Al contempo però, la villa è vicinissima a bar, ristoranti e negozi che ci hanno dato la possibilità di assaggiare e acquistare prodotti locali. La Sardegna è bellissima e consiglio questa esperienza a tutti! Grazie mille!
