I booked a hotel with you in santa susanna. Called camping bon repos. My reservation was for 1 double bed. 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. When i arrived i saw that there was only one double bed 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds. The double bed in one room and the bunk bed and 1 single bed in the other room and 1 single bed in the living room. I was not happy with this. As in the booking it clearly states that there is 1 double bed 2 single beds and one double sofa bed. And the only reason i booked this room was due to the fact that there was 2 couples and 2 children. Therefore one couple could have been on the double bed and one couple on the double sofa bed. This inconvenience actually ruined part of the holiday. Secondly on the 18th october-19th october. We had no water. The whole resort had no water. Which ment for 24hours we couldnt wash our selves either.
I have been very unhappy with what happend. It ruined my holiday. The pictures attached show exactly how the room looks and you can see that there was no double sofa bed. As well as you can see how small the room was too. And how this is actually not convenient for 6 people. The picture shown in the advertising is nothing like the one we were provided. And in reality much smaller and actually not good for children as there is no space.
