We had a basic room. It was clean. The bed was pretty old and sagged in the middle. It was noisy from the trains and traffic on the highway. We also happened to have a dog near us that barked non stop. That was annoying but not really the motels fault! The gal that checked us in was not pleasant but everyone else was fine.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean but there was no hot water and this is January so it's cold, I called the front desk and told them about it and I was told to wait a little bit so after an hour I get a call from the front desk telling me that the problem got fixed well I got in the shower and then got water only worked for about three minutes and I ended up with cold water, it was horrible cause I got a nasty cold because of that, so I'm definitely not staying here again.

Mini fridge did not work properly, was unplugged when we checked in, I put some drinks in there and they exploded in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and scared us. Still trying to resolve a debit issue where I was charged for the room on the 30th but already paid for the room through Expedia on the 28th. Communication with front desk was horrible until I spoke to someone else who stated to give her an hour so she can call Expedia for payment information,I gave her my confirmation number and have heard nothing back and no refund.

Nope.
Front desk called at 6pm asking "if we really needed the 3 queen room" that we booked. We were told it "wasnt ready" and asked how long til we arrive so they could get it ready. What?? When we checked in they said someone was there "two nights ago" and some rambling that made no sense. Showers were cold. One kid woke up covered in bug bites. Breakfast was terrible and that room also dirty.
