This place is absolutely false advertising. First its in the middle of no where. Fortuna restaurant is burned down. Ferris wheel is not operating, zipping is not available. Short staff, only option to purchase food is at the pool. Not many options, the cooker was short with food inventory emphasized with whatever they had. Food is over priced. No hot water at my stay. NO internet. However the two workers there goes above and beyond to accommodate the guest. Kudos to them. The pool is extremely cold and needs to be filtered. Dead bees are just wondering in the pool.

Excellent staff, attention was personalized all the time. Ms. Karen and her partner helped us to feel very welcome and very comfortable. We recommend to visit the resort restaurant "Fortuna" they have a very good presentation and the cocktail bar was outstanding. Thank you maple resort team!

Water heater is too small and does not work, we could not take a shower at all. The fire place is not designed correctly, all the smoke comes into the cabin rather than going out, it defeats its purpose, we stopped using it..

Great for relaxing away from the city.
Great stay. Currently expanding the property even further. The drive in is a dirt road, so just drive slow, but it's totally worth it. Bring snacks, definitely eat at the restaurant, and get drinks at the pool bar.
Swing, ferris wheel and other attractions.

Pool was amazing. Includes jacuzzi, swim up bat, and sunbathing pool (about a foot deep?)

Hotel is still under construction, workers start at 8am with loud music and walk in front of your window all the time which is not comfortable. It will be a great hotel once is finished but if your are looking for a quiet place to relax, for the moment this is not it.

The setting of the cabins, atop a quiet hill,is what makes La Estancia so magical. Cabins are in excellent shape and provide modern conveniences. It was relaxing to take in the scenery from the swinging hammocks. The views from our room were breathtaking, and our entire stay was relaxing. All of the pathways and landscapes is covered in beautiful native flowers. The pool and bathrooms are spotless. The restaurant serves wonderful yet uncomplicated food. Perfect selection of dishes for a relaxing vacation meal. The staff members or so friendly and helpful. The cook Cruz, Daniel, and Ari brightened our stay with their amiability and hospitality. La Estancia comes in highly recommend!!!!

Right before arriving to the establishment there was a huge puddle of water about 4 feet high. Which I had to drive my car through. Getting into the “resort” was terrible. The food at fortuna was awful. The atmosphere is great and it’s a great place for pictures but it’s not worth it. The pool was green we could not even get in. I was not able to check In until 3:20pm.

Pleasant surroundings, courteous staff; actual place is still miles away from a finished product for what it charges per night; scary to think, who is it going to cater to once it actually is fully finished and certainly look lavish… how much will they want to charge then?? 😳 All in All happy with purchase, simple things could make it better, like for instance placing a trash bin in the actual bedroom would be nice (simple things)… Thank you again Grecia 🙏

This was our second stay. The first time we stayed in November we tried to use Jacuzzi but it never got hot, same thing on this stay. However they kept it on all night to get it hit for the next day. Its a big Jacuzzi and we understand it takes time to warm, so if you stay here, call ahead a few hours in advance and ask them to turn it on. Also the big lodge restaurant has burned down, so our plans to eat dinner never happened. The two reasons for the hotel choice, food and jacuzzi.. I am gonna say this, they really tried to make it right, gave us a late check out for 5 pm, and they also had a make shift restaurant y the pool, and the food and staff did a great job. They comped the breakfast for us.... They tried to show good hospitality and I give them an A for effort. We will go back again, but we will call ahead next time to confirm things.
