"Lourdes and her husband made us feel immediately at home. Location is within easy (< 5 min) walk to nearby restaurants and the port. Lourdes arranged for taxis to and from Capitan Max, plus excursions. It's like concierge service. The room was comfortable, cool and large. Excellent plumbing. Healthy breakfast buffet with eggs and fruit served early and consistently. All this at a reasonable price. It's a no brainer."

"There was some initial confusion as the hotel check-in instructions stated someone with a name board would be waiting at the airport/ferry port but none was there - however there were plenty of taxis available and after a driver confirmed with hotel staff on a call that nobody had been sent specifically we were able to make our way to the hotel. The hotel is in a delightful quiet road within a short walk of most restaurants, shops and bars. The pool and sun lounger area is spectacular and the gardens beautiful and immaculately kept. Bed in the room was firm and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Room fixtures and bathroom fittings are basic yet clean - for a trip here however you will probably want to spend most of your time outside. Staff were friendly and helpful, front desk and breakfast staff spoke English fluently which was helpful. Would strongly recommend the hotel to other travellers."

"Great location and value for a clean, safe and comfortable stay in Puerto Ayora. Good fresh breakfast on the rooftop with a great view to start the day. Owner Carlos is very helpful in recommendations and meeting guest needs. Our room was spacious and clean. Water refill station in common areas. Easy 5-7 minute walk to ferry and most restaurants within 10-15 minutes. We will return in a few days for another few nights. "

Lovely bathrobes, slippers, small chocolates left by the maid. 24 hr access to coffee/ cold filtered water and small snacks. Staff even carry your luggage up to your room. Staff go above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay"
