I arrived there and directly ask for money, I couldn't pay with card, asked to pay later after I withdrew money and said I couldn't, said they i couldn't pay with 100 dollar bill and managed to find money to pay then but lacking 1 dollar which I asked to pay later and they said no. Along with an abundance of HOT water. Breakfast at the little restaurant next door was fresh and YUMMY. If I ever find myself in Ecuador again, Riobamba, I will stay at Hotel Montecarlo Riobamba again. "
