"The hotel is lovely and comfortable. I felt welcomed by staff and safe at the hotel and in the neighborhood. The two coffee shops adjacent or across the street are super convenient and good. "

"The staff at Hotel E is amazing. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well stocked with all the necessary bathroom accessories. The downtown stores and restaurants are just a short stroll away from the hotel. Complementary coffee and a light breakfast are served in the morning, and there are tables and seating in the lobby area where you can enjoy a glass of wine, beer, etc. This hotel deserves a 10 rating and we well definitely stay there again when in the Santa Rosa area."

"It just so happens that the restaurant on the premises was closed for remodeling. That is an inconvenience and I might have chosen another hotel had I known this. Parking got crowded and I think that was an effort by the hotel to make more money on their valet parking. I think parking should be free for guests, especially when it is quite inconvenient."
