Palm Paradise is family-owned and operated! We have one rental property and this is it! Our family stays at this home on our own vacations and has been for decades; when you rent this home you deal directly with the owners, not a property manager or rental agency. You will have our cell phone numbers if any issues should arise during your stay.

This adorable home "PALM PARADISE BEACHESCAPE" is in a fabulous location south of Highway 30A, all in walking distance to beach access, restaurants, bars, shopping and more.

Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from both the third floor covered porches and living areas. There are bedrooms on all floors (2 kings, 1 queen, 2 full/twin bunks), a great room on the second floor, and a sitting room on the third floor (1 queen sleeper sofa). There is also a third-floor sundeck for private sunbathing or watching the sunset. There is a separate laundry room, TV's in every bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, video games, DVD players, and beach/pool toys. There is off-street parking for 4-6 cars.

The beach access is just steps away (200 yards) with no busy roads to cross and has LIFEGUARDS, showers, restrooms, and a picnic area. When you are not at the beach, you can relax in the beautifully landscaped double-lot yard that contains a large private 28'X14' swimming pool and a palm tree-shaded area that is spacious enough for lawn games. Walk across the street to the fresh seafood market and grill your dinner on the natural gas grill provided for your use.

Perfect location and perfect house
We loved everything about our stay. It was the perfect location and the house set up was perfect for our group of three families with young kids. The pool was a great size and we loved how close we were to the beach! We all talked about how we want to book again soon

Great rental!
I've stayed on the Gulf at many different spots. This is one of the best, a beautiful house with all of the amenities and an easy walk to an excellent beach access. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again and you shouldn't either!

Great house, great location!
This is one of the best houses I've ever rented (and I've been renting for 20 years). Great house, great views, 5 min walk to a nice beach access in a relatively quiet area of 30a. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. Stay here, you'll be glad you did.

Great home for extended family trip
Our family returned for the second summer to this home. It was very comfortable for our group of 13, with a well stocked kitchen and just a short stroll to a lovely public beach. The private pool is larger than most, and the outdoor shower was a plus Walked to Goatfeathers to pick up steamed shrimp for supper one night, which was yummy! We hope to return again next summer!

Best beach vacation
Love this place. It's perfect for the family with everything that you'd have at home and more. The quality is excellent and the home is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is so comfortable. Our family has vacationed at many different beach houses over the last 30 years but this is the best! We will return!

Short vacation trip!
This was a last minute vacation trip for my family. We had never stayed in santa rosa beach. We absolutely loved it! One of our favorites now. The property was amazing... so many extras!! Love love love this property. We want to go back very soon.

Wonderful house with a nice private pool.
Very fun, clean and comfortable house for families. Three stories with spiraling stairs, gulf views and a stargazing deck. Excellent location with shopping and restaurants close by. Rent bikes and explore. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive and have the house well stocked. The beach cart and toys were a bonus and the beach is not crowded. Would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Beach House!
Our family had an amazing week at Palm Paradise! It's a beautiful home with easy beach access and walking distance to great restaurants. Our adult children couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to rent this home. They are already planning when we can all return! Barb and Brian, the owners, were wonderful to deal with. It was our first trip to beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, but certainly won't be our last.

Fantastic Location!
Unbeatable location just 2 short blocks to the beach, 1 block to ice cream shop and fresh fish market! Our 3 families with 6 children under 10 absolutely loved it! There was abundant room for all of us and we'll supplied kitchen to make family style meals. The kids loved the pool and beach toys (supplied by owner). And the adults enjoyed quiet conversation on the porches. This home is very spacious but homey and comfortable. We will treasure the memories of the week spent at Palm Paradise.

Beautiful house and perfect location!
This is a wonderful property located approximately 100 yards from the beach. and within walking distance to several restaurants. The house is everything advertised and more. There is a full size pool and grill in the back yard. No need to bring beach chairs as they are supplied as well as a cart to carry everything to the beach. The Owner is very responsive and always answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Santa Rosa Beach.

Loved Palm paradise
Over all we loved our stay at the beach house Brian and Barb were great to work with,the property was pretty much like the pictures,the bunk room was wonderful the grandkids they loved the heated swimming pool,there was plenty room for all 12 of us,the kids loved the ice cream at the corner had to stop most every night,over all the house was clean except for sand in the kitchen area swept up quiet a lot,only negative was the landry room and ice maker did not make enough ice,we had to buy ice,but would stay here again,and the wagon helped make the trip to the beach much easier

Great vacation
Outstanding property. Well maintained and well equipped. The pool was great. Location only a couple blocks from beach access. The beach wagon in the renters closet made the walk to the beach with our beach gear even easier. Outstanding communication with the owner. This is our third year in a row to vacation in this area - Miramar Beach first time, Destin Crystal Beach last year. Santa Rosa Beach was by far the best location and this was the best property. If we come back to this area again next year I will definitely try to book this property again. Absolutely no complaints.

Hi Barb, I wanted to thank you so much for letting us rent your house. We all had a wonderful time in Florida. Your house is so beautiful and very kid friendly. My children and my husband loved the xbox. The pool was perfect for all of us and the kids liked all the beach toys. The beach access was better than we had thought. It was actually pretty funny watching everyone get up and down. There is a big possibillity that we will rent this next year. My brother in law is getting married on the beach in Sandestin next August and this would be a perfect place for us to stay again. Thank you so much again for letting us use your beautiful home!! Quiet beach life
If you're trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of Destin this is your destination. This home is 2 blocks from the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The beach is not near as crowded as Destin (we went out after 10 am and had no problem getting a spot). One house separates you from a restaurant (Goatfeathers) and ice cream shop. Publix is a 5 min drive away and there is also pizza delivery available. The home itself is just as described. Plenty of room for our group of 17 and a well maintained pool to keep the kids entertained when the weather was cloudy and we were afraid to haul all of our things to the beach. Lots of beach items in the closet as well as a wagon to lug it all down there. The owner responded very quickly to any questions asked and even called us in advance to make sure we were taken care of.

Amazing house
This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. Best beach chairs and wagon to pull amazing toys for little ones and even grown ups. This house is very short walking distance to Goatfeathers who will supply all your Seafood needs. We love to cook while we're at the beach and this house has everything you need to prepare a meal for small group or large group. The local restaurants are totally adequate no need to drive into Destin or Panama you have everything you need within 10 minutes. This house also has the best pool we've ever had in Santa Rosa very comfortable and homie. Our daughter got married while we were there this time and used Fine Arts on 30A weddings as her venue and we even got great reviews from the owner of this house prior to going which made us feel much better about our venue choice. I hope to return to this house within the next 6 months to 1-year and I will totally rent this house and would recommend it to everyone,

Beautiful house close to beach
After driving for 7 hours with tired and hungry kids, we arrived right at 4:00 to check in only to be told by the cleaning lady she was almost done and to give her 10 minutes, went back to check in 20 minutes later and found her in the kitchen texting instead of cleaning, she told us she needed 15 minutes. We were finally able to check in after 5pm, 1 hour after we arrived. I got no notification that check in would be delayed. I texted the owners and they simply said delays happen and sorry. Sorry isn't quite enough for the price we paid to stay there. When we were able to check in the stay was great. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap as we were left with 1/4 roll of toilet paper and paper towels, the hand soap was filled with water in the bathroom so we had to purchase that to wash our hands. The house was very close to the ocean and the pool was nice and warm.

Very nice property and location
We traveled with another family to Florida for spring break. This house is located in a very nice residential area close to many restaurants and a few shops. The public beach access is an easy walk down the road and the pool was large enough for all of us to enjoy with plenty of seating space. The house is very cute, clean, and comfortable, and it is appropriately decorated as a family beach house to just relax and enjoy. The Santa Rosa area is centrally located if you want to explore the coast from Fort Walton to Rosemary Beach and very nice for families with young children or couples/adults traveling without kids. The reason I mention this is our teen boys did get a little restless since it is a quieter beach without many people their age. We spent a couple days driving to the Destin area for activities they enjoy, which was not a problem, but it is a good 30-40 minute drive with traffic. We brought our bikes and spent time riding on the 30A bike path to various other beaches and towns. The house is at mile marker 4 and only a block away from the bike trail. The owner, Brian, is quick to respond and easy to work with. We would certainly rent from him again. We had a very enjoyable vacation and were blessed with beautiful weather. We plan to visit again real soon.

Above Expectations
We had 11+ guests and we had a GREAT time! The pictures listed for the property do not do it justice! They have completed updated everything from paint throughout the house to nice and very comfortable furniture. They need to update the pictures of the house. This house is 100% fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare any meal down to potato peelers and Tupperware. The pool was heated and came with an outdoor shower as well as a spout to wash off your feet that is right by the entry door. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi worked so well for those of that needed to work during our stay. The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk! The views from all the different balconies made our time that much more enjoyable. Loads of space and comfort here. We also had 5 vehicles that we were able to park in a row in the driveway which was very nice! This place comes with a great outdoor grill and a huge wagon to take to the beach. The air conditioning was perfect and this property comes with some Roku smart tvs in the bedrooms. We absolutely will be returning to this property in the future and recommend it to everyone! The property owners were attentive and communicated very well! They were accommodating & left a very nice card & pineapple for us when we got there. All around PERFECT place to stay for your family & friends.

HI IT'S BEEN ABOUT A MONTH SINCE WE STAYED AND WE JUST WANT TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH WE LOVED THE HOUSE. I LOVE TO DECORATED AND COULD REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THE WORK AND EXTRAS. THE HOUSE REALLY MADE THE VACATION BECAUSE THE WEATHER WAS HORRIDABLE. WE HAD 8 TEENAGES AND THE SIZE AND LAYOUT OF THE HOUSE MADE US VERY COMFORTABLE EACH HAVING THEIR OWN AREA BUT THE MAIN LIVINGROOM HAD ENOUGH SITTING AND DINING AREA FOR ALL 10 OF US. THE POOL WAS A LIFE SAVER BECAUSE EVEN WHEN IT WAS WINDY THE BUSHES BROKEN THE WIND AND THE HEATED POOL WAS WARM ENOUGH TO SWIM IN CONFORTABLY. BECAUSE WE HAD TEENAGERS WE LOVED THAT THE MASTER BEDROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR, THE ONLY WAY OUT. HA HA. EVERYONE TOLD US WE WERE IDIOTS FOR TAKING THAT MANY TEENAGERS BUT I HAPPY TO SAYS THEY BEHAVIOR VERY WELL. WHAT I WAS MOST IMPRESSED WITH WAS HOW RESPONSIVE YOU WERE TO OUR QUEATION AND NEEDS ONCE WE WERE DOWN THERE. WHEN THE GAS GRILL WASN'T WORKING IT WAS FIXED WITHIN THE HOUR. Exceed expectations!
The house was very nice and clean. It’s actually more spacious than in pictures. The pool was a big deal! The kids had a great splash every day after the beach. One nice thing is Goatfeather restaurant is right across the street. We would stop and had oysters and fresh seafood almost every day. There is an ice cream shop right across the street that is good for ice cream, but the donuts were about $4 per donut! The kitchen was one of the most well stock kitchen I’ve ever seen compared to other places I’ve rented. It’s such a nice thing when you have a big family to cook for. Nice job done by the owner of the place! The walk to the beach was about 2 mins with beautiful palm trees on both sides. I can’t say enough good things about this place. You won’t disappoint if you rent this house. The neighborhood was upscale and felt safe. The communication was wonderful! You can’t get this communication if it’s run by a company.

Great week at Santa Rosa Beach
The home was laid out perfectly for our family with bedrooms on each floor - grandparents on one level and 2 adult children and grandchildren on the other floors. The pool is large and lovely after a day at the beach which is very close. Outdoor shower was great to take off the sand and there are plenty of beach toys and a wagon for the beach. Communication with the owners was quick and easy.
