Welcome to Sandy Paws! This well-appointed pet friendly home is a quick 2-minute bike ride to the Greenwood Beach Access and only a 6-minute bike ride to Seaside. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood and less crowded beach access while still being close to shopping and dining in Seaside!

Sandy Paws is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home with only one level. A great vacation home for anyone with mobility concerns! The open floor plan creates a relaxing vibe throughout the home and allows everyone to gather for memory making moments. This peaceful atmosphere continues to the back deck and fenced-in back yard. Very spacious lot with ample room for the kids and pup to run around while the adults enjoy the outdoor dining table.

Don't forget your furry family member either! Your dog wants to romp around 30A, too. This designer home and neighborhood is pet friendly.
*Must have written approval from Exclusive 30A to bring your pet and pay a non-refundable pet fee. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction.

Sandy Paws Features
- Pet Friendly for up to 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, and non-aggressive breeds only. Approval from Exclusive 30A and payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required prior to your arrival.
- Complimentary use of a 6-Seater golf cart. Must be at least 21 and a licenses/insured driver to operate.

Perfect Location
Perfect location as it’s close to the beach and shoppes. We loved the bikes and golf cart. The house was perfect for our family. Some constructive feedback: Coffee maker was missing a piece that made it not functional. Additionally the online pictures showed an expreso machine that was not in the home, we brought a special coffee to make expresso but obviously couldn’t make it. We ended buying a coffee machine. Some attention to detail in the cleaning of counter tops that were dirty. Overall, great home and location. Unforgettable experience.

Beautifully decorated, organized, comfortable home in a very good location to Seaside. The beach was even closer than pictured. Even though it was cool out we did go walk on the beach. Looking forward to returning when it is warm to use the pool. Great stay!

Comfortable, Quiet, and Great Location
Great rental. House was perfect for a week in Florida. Well stocked and comfortable. Pool was perfect size for relaxing and cooling off after time in the sun. Location was great and the golf cart made all the difference. Couple of close beach spots that had parking or just a few minutes via the cart to get to the state park. Will stay again if we decided to go back to the area for vacation. Very happy with the value and experience.

A beautiful house and pool in a wonderful location
We had an amazing week. The house was great and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for our family and the pool was a wonderful addition. The golf cart made going to the beach so much easier. We have just a few very small complaints. One issue is that the only pot available was a very small one which put us in a bind because we planned on cooking dinner every night since they had a full kitchen. The second complaint was that multiple beach chairs were posted on the pictures of the house yet they were all locked up and not available for us to use. Therefore, we had to go buy chairs because all the beach rental chairs were sold out by the time we realized we couldn’t use the chairs posted in the pictures. Finally, the bunk room was a little warm, but we discovered if you leave the two doors to the room open it definitely helps. Other then that we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely rent this property again!!

We had an amazing vacation! The location was perfect. We love the quiet scenic neighborhood. The house looks new with a pool in the back. Although we had brought our own beach chairs, the house had everything you needed for the beach. short golf cart drive or bike ride to the beach and easy beach access. Everything was within short distance. There were bikes and a golf cart. We definitely had a great time. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Paradise!
We took our girls and their friends for a graduation trip. They could easily bike to the beach and shops. This house is beautiful and immaculate in a perfect location. My husband and I enjoyed the golf cart and bikes as well! Easy to park both in Seaside and Watercolor. Having a private pool was a big plus! Highly recommend this property and we would enjoy staying here again!

GOOD VISIT
1. Fenced back yard a plus. 2. Very nice house 3. Maintenance came out to check thermostat but was unable to get it to stay at correct temperature. 4. Stopper in one of the master bathroom Sinks was broken. New part had to be ordered 5. Unfortunately the queen bed and both the double beds in the bunk room contained black hairs between the sheets.

Fall Break 2022
The house was great, the location was great, you need a golf cart. If you have a golf cart you can park near the entrance to the beach access and you can get anywhere in just a few minutes. My truck didn’t leave the driveway all week. Our only complaints were the wifi not working (we did call and they said they would check it out, but it never worked), the AC unit would go back up in temp EVERY time we would turn it down so it was annoying and hot most of the time, and the kitchen needs one good big pot and a strainer.
